WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!! We went into the Best Buy earlier today and asked for someone to come help us purchase a tv for our daughter to take to college.The last said she will send someone to the tv section right away. After 20 minutes no one came, I asked another guy who was just standing around. It was in the evening with only about 5 people in the store? After deciding on the tv that we wanted, we went up to customer service to match price and pay for it. The guy that was working it (male with slightly dark skin tone of Indian descent? dont remember name) was very rude to us the entire time. We asked him about a price match and he got very offended at us. Other than the fact that when we went up to the desk he was more preoccupied with his phone than us, he had a very bad attitude and said if we want that price we should go somewhere else (even though Best Buy does price match). He made my husband so furious we left the tv on he cart and just left. Worst experience at Best Buy ever! We have been clients of Best Buy for over 20 years and have had a great experience at every one except for this one. Go to a different one and get treated like a human with respect

Avoid any all costs!!! I went in with my wife, whose 6 months pregnant, to buy a new TV. Was looking at an open box Samsung 40 and seen it had a slight chip on the corner. Talked with the assistance manager, Andy, about maybe getting a few bucks knocked off. guy is a total weirdo. He keet looking at my wife like she was a piece of meat. Gave me an attitude the whole time. When we got creeped by this guy we walked away and he keep following us in the store, creepy. So when I had enough of his weirdness I approached him and told him to stop following my wife and I or Id be leaving he asked if I would show him my ass hole. As we walked out he came to out our car and flashed us. I will fileing charges

I cant even get a real person to talk to!!! Ive been on hold for 20 minutes and still no one and google says this is a less busy time of day for them. Its so sad that now a days you cant even get a human to talk to on the phone. Google makes you give at least one star which is already being generous. after I finally got someone on the phone he was nice but it was a calling center so how are you suppose to know about your product and what you have in store if you are calling some one who isnt even in the store. I have read a lot of bad reviews from people who went in the store so im nervous to go today because the reviews all sound so creepy and scary.

Unacceptable customer service, to say the least. I asked some questions about a refrigerator: specs, promotions, etc. Instead of answering these questions, our "helper" started asking questions, to me, about when I want the refrigerator home and what color I wanted the refrigerator. I replied that I wasnt actually going to buy the refrigerator, I was merely interested in it. I asked what a water line was, and apparently the customer helper thought it was hilarious that I had asked such question. At that, I walked away to another Best Buy staff, and he helped me quite a bit (which increased my choice of stars from 1 star to 2.) Hope this helped! :)

I had spent 1003$ on a computer with protection on it for two years but then I had the first computer run for a week but then it would not turn on so I said in can get another computer but that one had a trash graphics card so I was going to swap computers cuz I was done with the company of the computer that I got the 1st and 2nd time so I had picked out another computer brand but then they said oh we can not get you then same protection cuz we need to charge you 200$ more for the same protection so I said no I wanted to get a comparable computer and not be ripped off. so if you value your time and money do not waste it at Best Buy

Manager did a great job on sending customer to other stores. We want to buy itunes gift card and was told 5 cards per person. Thats fine although I dont know why. So my mom, wife and I wanted to buy 5 each person. Suddenly manager appeared and told us limit 5 per party! We asked for any document on limitation. Manager said, I can decide limit, and I can even ask you to leave store. Good. You of course have the right not to sell us. But we also have the right not to do business with bestbuy. I never had similar experience at stores like Target. I wish your store and Bestbuy good luck.

Phone # never works. I waited 15 minutes to ask questions about a tv. I bought one, then returned it later to a different best buy, only to be told after Id gone home that the TV I had brought in didnt match the one on the receipt, and Id need to bring it back to the other store. The store I returned it to worked it out, but clearly it was a mistake by the store Id purchased it from. It was a slightly different model(actually a better model), but this could happen easily in the reverse.

The worst best buy around, went in on a Wednesday night when they werent busy and 4 people couldnt locate a mouse, the manager was non-existent and unreachable, every time I asked for him the associate was reluctant to connect me. Poor reflection on best buy, terrible management in the day off online shopping managers like this just reinforce that its better to buy online than at best buy!

Ive been here many times and its a quality best buy, but their service is terrible and I say that for one key reason, no body answers the phone! Its 12pm on a monday and Ive been calling since they opened. Ive called sales, inventory, even geek squad and it just rings and rings. Its embarrassing, the one thing keeping Best Buy afloat is their great service, good luck staying open.

Customer service was poor. I had a problem with something they had sold me and an older lady there whispered audibly that I was "being difficult isnt he" and chuckled after I had waited there for a solid 20 minutes while they were trying to solve my problem that they had no idea how to fix. Very frustrating. Good selection of everything is the only reason I gave them two stars.

This Best Buy is pretty good. The times Ive gone here they have had what I needed in stock. The staff was helpful. The place is clean and organized. Its located in the middle of a shopping center. Its not easy to spot from the road. Bicycling: Roads are very busy, but it can be reached from a bicycle path/sidewalk along Willow Road. I will continue to return here.

Customer service is so lacking! They just want to sell you something and then not answer questions, not help with ANYTHING! Assistant manager, Andy has a horrible attitude. We were shocked at his language and insults. We went in not knowing what we needed were treated like idiots and sold what we did not need. Do not understand how they stay in business.
