We were planning on trading in our old system in hopes of upgrading. We were misinformed over the phone what we needed to bring in to make that possible. Packed all of our items got their and was told by Will we couldnt do it because of a missing remote even though on the phone he said that wasnt a problem. Instead of offering an apology he blamed it on the background sound of his store. Very disappointed. We will be sure to go to another GameStop before we ever go back to this one.

I went to this store and they were closing, so I just ask a question about an xbox wireless control and they ignore me and gave me attitude saying we dont sell that here and walk away. I wouldnt have ppl like that in my business working and doing costumer service.

Always fully stocked and every single employee is knowledgeable and can suggest games on the fly so to your liking. Truly amazing. They even inform me of upcoming games and demos that are live! Keep up the amazing work!
