Only down fall is theyre closed Sundays! Love the employees, always straight forward and honest even if they dont have an answer theyre willing to do some research for you and give you a precise answer with accurate information. Super nice! Merchandise very poor quality sell defected merchandise and then lies about what they have over the phone and about their other location in Waukegan said owner was at the other store and it is not even open. Very DISHONEST anyone in Winthrop Harbor and Zion go some where else dont get taken like we did these people are NO GOOD

Lie about things just to make money. Make things sound good and amazing when really, your just buying a piece of junk. Wanted a gaming computer, sold me one that he said was the best for gaming, when it is a piece of junk. Cant even play games besides games from the early 2000s. All they are, are money thirsty scammers.

With all honesty, I swear, these guys truly deserve our business more than all those big corporate companies. Walmart, Best Buy, Gamestop etc... They buy games for MORE $ than Gamestop! They sell games for CHEAPER $ than gamestop! They have great customer service! Its family owned! Yet, ran professionally!
