I have purchased a computer over 3 months ago and i have Requested an exchanged each 4 times i have brought it in for repair. Ipurchasrd a camera from you a few years ago and it never gotten repaired. I brought it in for repairs severral times for repairs until insurance expired and it never was fixed. Now the same time thing is happening to my computer. The computer didnt work from day one. I asked for a new computer and i was told it could be fixed not all drivers was one of the problems, sticking keys, it goes out and i have torepairs for hours before it comes on.why isnt it put together proper by the geek squad. I am still requesting a new computer or refund. I have been asking each time i bring it in for repairs. How can i get satisfaction?

I would give this location less than 1 star. I purchased a Chrome book from them & my son damaged the screen less than 2 weeks later. I bought it back, hoping that they could help fix it. I hadnt purchased the geek squad coverage because it costs more than the product, yet to get the geek squad to fix it without the coverage plan was outrageous!!! More than double the cost of the product!!! They offered no discounts towards another chromebook... nothing! I felt so ripped off, its not like Im made of money.

Had a great experience returning an item the other day at this Best Buy. I got a brand new Lenovo Yoga 900 laptop but it had a scratch on the cover. They didnt hesitate to grab me another one from the shelf and proceed to exchange it for me without an issue. Also when I originally purchased the item I got a great deal on it unlike anywhere else. Hats off to Dave the manager and Dave the sales associate! Go see them for any of your buying needs at this local Best Buy.

I love this particular location, been coming here for a long time, the mobile department is awesome. Anyone that I have dealt with always were helpful and patient, also knowledgeable. Louie, I believe that is his name was very patient with me, 2 days in a row he assisted me, gave me the same great customer service.

If I could give this store any less than one star I would have. I called four times to verify that they had the product in stock and drove far to get to this store. When I get there I go was told it was supposedly being sold at the moment which was a total lie and they took no responsibility for it.

My daughter bought an I-Phone and Plan with AT&T at the Homewood location. Jose was the salesperson who waited on us. He was very knowledgeable and made our transaction go quickly and smoothly. If all employees were like him, I wouldnt mind shopping all the time.

I will never spend another dollar at this location, and quite possibly the company period. They refused to price match a TV I purchased from HH Gregg because "its a $500 difference and we wont make any money off of it." They just lost a good customer for life.

Ignorant employees answering the phone. They keep putting you on hold and back through the system. 3 days in a row the same issue. Just want to talk to an installer. If you dont like or cant do your job, go find a new one.
