My husband bought a remote start and a rearview camera for my suv 2 weeks before christmas nobody said it wouldnt work for this vehicle. it was what was recommended to us by a technitian. We couldnt install it ourselves and had to make an appointment with the geek squad to get it done. We took it in today to have both the rear camera and remote start done all at once and after telling us that they couldnt install the rear view camera because it would knock out my safety features that were rooted in the box behind the stock rearview mirror, we had to go home which is an hr away and fetch our second set of keys that we didnt know we needed when we made the appointment for the remote start. So after all of this they said it would take 3 hrs to install just the remote start. They would have to order the correct rearview camera package. 7 hrs later it wasnt finished you would think they would have the courtesy to give us a quick call and tell us it was delayed but no. I went to the geek squad manager and voiced my complaints. His solution was to have us pay 200.00 over what we had already paid for the rearview unit and labor to put it in and that was employee pricing! We had already invested over 500.00 in this and would have to make yet another appointment to have that installed as well. I will never set foot in another best buy again. They will fee you to death and I have never felt so ill used in my life. Ive heard horror stories on Phil valentines radio show from Phil himself and now I know feels. This was the most rediculous, expensive, and unsatisfactory experience Ive ever had.

Went to purchase a drone and a surround sound system they had the sound system but NOT the drone... I asked if a store had it and the incompetent store rep. Said no and didnt look at there systems correctly.. turns out another store in Tennessee had it that wasnt that far away . But bc it was already submitted there is nothing I can do I have to wait for it.. they need to get better trained staff since apparently they are supposed to provide excellent customer service and the full solution for the customer...lack of product half there shelves are empty, lack of knowledge! Will honestly drive somewhere else and deal with them instead of this store!!!

Wasted my time looking at a Geforce 1080 because it seemed to be the only card in stock. 3 boxes on the shelf with a sticker saying it could be purchased at check out. I applied for their credit card for 0% interest, then took it to the front. The cashier was completely lost at the appearance of an empty box in front of her. She called on her radio and was informed they were out of stock. So basically they keep empty boxes on the shelf to fool you into thinking they have the item you want in stock.

Like most Best Buy stores this one never fails to baffle and disappoint. Dont expect the employees to assist with advanced (or even mediocre) questions. The guy I talked to there spent half an hour convincing me to buy this gaming monitor and when I went to go checkout they didnt have the cable required in stock. Ended up leaving. Other than that time I spend a great deal of money here but its not due to anything other than being option-less. They generally have a pretty good stock at this location.

This is a nice store with ample parking. The store layout and product displays are very good and pleasing to the eye. Their price matching policy just about guarantees the best price for the product youre buying. The people working at this Best Buy (Clarksville, TN) seem to have been provided quite a bit of training, making them sufficiently knowledgeable on a variety of products. When I plan on buying a product they sell, I check with Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy. They get a lot of my business.

The best part of our experience at the Best Buy at Clarksville Tennessee was the customer service from LaTonya. First she volunteered to help , then she offered us fair and reasonable advice on the differences between the TVs. She did not get upset when we came back and got her a second time to discuss our dilemmas and then she was so polite and helped us get it on a cart and shook my hand with a smile on her face. That was the best customer service I have had and I dont know how long.

There is no wonder why these types of stores are failing and people just shop online. Bad retail environment. Nothing else to say. Just no reason to go in the store unless you want to look at boxes and be watched by so called retail help. I have received more attention from the earpiece wearing bestbuy secret service bestbuy security team than anyone actually willing to help. That is nearly every time Im in there in there with my wife and three children or by myself.

Made online appointment to get macbook battery replaced, as this service is specifically listed on their website. I get there and it takes them 30 mins to tell me all they can do is send it to their repair center and wait until its there before they could even give me a quote. 3-4 weeks until its actually fixed. They were not willing to send to Apple directly. Manager is in denial of what their website states, attempted lame excuses and no apology.

we enjoy shopping in best buy but this recent trip was very unpleasant. we specifically went in for a lg v10 case and screen protector. One employee told us they dont carry that phone (which was clearly there on display) and another employee told us that we dont have any in and that LG more than likely wont make any cases. These are employees from your cell phone department. Your employees truly need better training.Such a disappointment.

Its Best Buy, so you can get most of what you want BUT dont expect expert advice or superior customer service. Sometimes you get both, most often not in my experience. Personal story - bought a chromebook, packaged and sold as new. It was used. How do I know? The previous owners profile was still on the machine. I contacted him and he verified that he had bought then returned the computer. Moral of the story, buyer beware.

The staff at this Best Buy work as a family and really do care about their customers needs. They pride themselves in making sure that all of the customers are taken care of and get everything that they need if possible and they are cross trained in the store to handle all of the customers questions. This is a great store to shop. I had never been to a Best Buy until I came to Tennessee and I am really impressed with this one.

The Store is okay, I just bought a GoProHero5 last week and the Associate guy took 40minutes to assist us then later he was being impatient if i want to add some accessories , so i ask if this battery and floaty is the right one for the camera then he said yes. Later when i got home the accessories are not compatible to the camera i just bought.
