I had the unfortunate event, the other day, to experience the store manager, who I pointed and was informed by other associates to be named Jim/Jimmy, be very unprofessional. This short man was terribly two-faced with a gentleman who walked into the store. My curiosity got me to stick around to hear the conversation, which appeared to be legit/general inquiries by the gentleman, but it appeared Jim was in a rush to get him out. In fact, Jim quickly moved the conversation over into what he was implying was a, "sorry you came here, good bye" type of thing. After the two parted, Jim had some very unfriendly things to say about said gentleman that was heard by more than just me. So unprofessional of Jim. I ran into the gentleman outside who appeared to be sitting on the trunk of his car for a long while in the rain that we had. Me and my wife spoke to him and asked what brought him over to which he replied it was demanded of him to speak with management in person on this day but was unable to catch him in time due to weather. Me and my wife got a good glimpse of the weather as we drove over and knew about how harsh it was, we were unable to see many of the vehicles that surrounded us. My wife asked him how long the drive was to get here and he had told us 1hr 40minutes. Feeling really bad about the whole situation the man was in, I gave him some money for gas and hoped he got home safe. He looked really down about everything as he sat there drenched in water heavily thinking about something I thought I shouldnt ask about. All that was on my mind on my way home was how much of a dick Jim was. This was my 3rd visit to this store and I cant see myself going back knowing my money is supporting people like that and people like that are leading others.

I cannot speak to other departments in this store, but the appliance department is amazing because of the employees that work there. They are all so helpful, patient, and do not pressure you to purchase anything whatsoever. I had a very unique situation where I had to cancel my delivery of a washer and dryer and they were very understanding. I also came back in once everything was okay and re-purchased them. They were nothing short of amazing and helped in any way they could. I had multiple people help me there, but Brianna is the best. She really knows her product and is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I will go back to her when I need to look at other appliances. Thanks for all your help!

Horrible service. Was left on hold twice (10 min both times) when calling in relation to ordering a product with both times the person picking up saying they dont know what happened to the person who was helping me before and asked me to start my order all over. The customer service there makes you fee like youre distributing them instead of you trying to make a purchase through them. I instead went to a Best Buy with better customer service in Countryside. Not a bad company but this is a horrible location. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience. I went in to inquire about a new phone and they told me with in the first 10 minutes that I could upgrade for $5 per month. To make a long story short they are incompetent and kept me there for two hours before realizing they had made a mistake and my bill would go up over $50. I will never step foot into this store again. They quote things they shouldnt and over promise and under deliver.

Went there on Saturday to buy a new computer. I know very little about computers. The sales person had the personality of a coffee table! What a drip! I did most of the talking, and I dont know what Im talking about. This guy was no help at all, had no suggestions, I left there disgusted, and will buy my computer elsewhere

The phone desk is always busy but worth the wait they are very helpful and always get you the best deals at the best price. The rest of the store is always very well stocked but is still just en electrical store. The Phone area is great, they are more help then the Sprint or AT&T store by far.

Not sure how this store is still in business. Almost empty when I go in there and they treat you like a criminal the whole time. I just bought some batteries and you need to check my bag and receipt? I guess they have no mall cop openings so they have to come here.

I really just want to say that I received excellent customer service by a guy named Jared(i think). I normally get overlooked but not only did he approach me, he shook my hand. Kinda weird but whatever. The store itself is meh with meh a selection and meh prices.

Been there several times, lived in the Frankfort/Tinley area for 20 years..terrible service. The disgust on the employees face over a easy question, mind blown. Go to target or anywhere not here. Or go to a best buy not here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not a bad location. Plenty of tech goodies to buy but you really need to pay attention to pricing - plenty can be found elsewhere for far cheaper prices.
