Incredibly poorly managed store and company. a) their automated phone system is about as lame as it gets. It is virtually impossible to get a live person on the phone. You get bounced from one extension to the next. When you finally do get through to someone (namely asked for the general manager), the phone rang about 30x before I finally just hung up. b) I live in Arizona and have phone service with AT&T. Somebody purchased 3 iPhones from some salesperson at this Best Buy store claiming they were an authorized user on my account. I asked if the person provided a photo ID and also asked what kind of paperwork they filled out in order to purchase $2400 worth of phones fraudulently. I still havent been able to get the required assistance that I need from them. It would appear that they either have very dishonest salespeople working in cohoots with criminals on a regular basis and allowing criminals to purchase phones fraudulently and have nobody available to speak with to get to the bottom of such an egregious display of incompetence, dishonesty and complete lack of accountability. What a joke of a company. I would never , ever in my life step foot inside a store that is so poorly managed.

Okay I was about to type a long story about what I had to go through to get a certain movie that was looking for at this Best Buy that the website that was looking on that side they had it I first tried calling I was on hold for 10 minutes I decided to go up there I went up there ask the first guy that also to help me he wouldnt help me at all pretty much yes show me off went to the back came across this nice young guy and help me he pointed me in the right direction still couldnt find it with the customer service they act like they didnt want to help me so I went back to the same guy who wanted to help me and he did everything that he was supposed to do to help and getting are found in the movie so thanks to that one guy who wasnt judging 2 DAY ! O and P.s I was still on the phone the entire time I was trying to get help at Best Buy I didnt leave until 39 minutes later and I still was on the phone with them and no one picked up the phone to try to help me at all for some reason it kept telling me I had one person ahead of me for 39 minutes what was thay looking for ?

I purchased a laptop online. I am going to school here and have a Georgia State Issued temporary ID. The manager Benjamin took my ID and threw it back on the counter. He did not speak to me the entire time at the store. And said they did not take this ID in Illinois. I spoke with customer care and they said the ID was fine. But the store had already issued me a refund. So they couldnt refund the transaction. The store was horrible...the customer service was horrible. I have purchased from Best Buy for years, but this put a sour taste in my mouth. I will not longer purchase from them. Do not go to this Best Buy.....the manager and team at online pickup are horrible and disrespectful. I wanted a call from the General manager but have yet to receive one. I cant believe they employ people like this.

Well I exchanged a new laptop that I got for christmas, for an open box lenovo 2 in 1 computer... Yea I understand it was an open box purchase but IT WAS MISSING THE CHARGER!! Wth guys??! Seriously. Geek squad certified it said and no charger for it.. I dont want to even turn it on yet and I went to another location closer to my home and they tell me that there is nothing they can do that I have to go back to the store I bought it at. Well currently I have been on hold for 30 minutes each time I tried to call and no answer. Cant even get on the phone with someone here at this location and its too far for me to drive back and forth. Terrible service and I feel hustled. I hope someone can correct this bull

the most rudest and disrespectful employees I have ever met, . I was searching for electronics and ask for help I was told that there too busy even know that was nobody store once opened.. best buy you should be ashamed of yourself for having a store like this, I will never shop in the best buy ever again, people go to microcenter, employees there are very knowledgeable very respectful and willing to help you anytime, they will walk with you till your satisfied and found what you need.. best buy I don't know what to say you guys suck... get your s*** together..

This people have no customer service. Got a phone there for sprint, they were so helpful so that they would get my business after that I came back to get help from them with a malfunction with the phone would help me, gave me the round around hate it the customer service from this store. When to another one, got a new phone with no problem. This workers HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE GO TO ANOTHER STORE. If you can, avoid this store at all cost.

I always Shop at this Bestbuy. Like the Layout. Everyone who had help me in the pass had been helpful and have KNOWLEDGEF OF WHAT I SPECIALLY THE MOBILE DEPARTMENT. Yea a few have bad attitude but not everyone. And yea sometime they take long answering phone (witch they have improved). Dont understand some critics, why get mad because some employees cant answer the question. Maybe its not their department, maybe their new.

I try to get help buying computer parts and software and they never seem to carry it. I always end up going to another Best Buy. Their service is terrible. I once went in there for software and another person came to ask a question to the person that was helping me and the worker ditched me to go with that person saying he was coming back. When he did I said that I didnt want his help anymore. Very disrespectful

This location sucks! Thank God for Best Buy online and the store in Countryside. The staff at the North Riverside store know absolutely nothing about the products they sell and dont care about customer service. Every time I go here I end up regretting it. Dont bother going here unless youre picking up an item you had to order. Even that might be a bit much for the staff to handle on their own.
