I like the fact they buy and sell vintage game systems, but their service has sucked on more than one occasion. They prioritize people calling on the phone over the customer standing right in front every of them (just like Gamestop Ive been to) . I was checking out once and the phone rang. The guy spent well over 5 minutes on the phone checking prices for someone. The last time I went I stood in line to check out. I was completely ignored. I spoke up and they said theyll be with me in a minute. A few go by. Someone comes ready to help. Literally looks past me at the person behind me and says hes ready to help them. I just left. I dont want to give them my money that badly. Theres an internet full of cheaper options.

THEY WILL NOT APPROVE PICS WITH ROACHES ON THEM! SHAME ON YOU GUYS! I brought a PS3 not to long ago and just about 3 weeks of having it, it stopped working. (Pass 7day return policy) so I search the internet to find someone who could figure out what was wrong with it and I did. However the issue could not be fixed and he sent me pics of the inside and the entire inside was filled with dead roaches. It Used to be my favorite store however since I could not return it and the fact of what was inside the console I will not be going back there. WHAT A WASTE OF $130. I BELIVE THAT THE STORE SHOULD REEVALUATE THERE 7 DAY RETURN POLICY AND UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCE ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEMS.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKKKSSSSSS! return policy is stupid as well... once you have the DVD your stuck with it! .... I bought a Playstation 2 game and they told me that it would work for PS3 .... THEY LIED! I also bought a poster from there. I ASKED THEM if I could get a different poster because the one they had hanging up was the one my bf really wanted. The poster I had still had the tag on was never opened & they said they couldnt do.... when all they had to do was swap out the posters & give me the one I really wanted... but that seemed like too much work for them! They are very rude & disrespectful! They dont care about their job all they care about is getting a paycheck!

This place has the worst customer service ever! They are rude, impatient & could care less about the issues or questions you have. I was waiting in line for almost 25mins while an employee talked to a customer. I didnt have a problem with it at first because she was just doing her job, but when she hung up the phone she called the customer that was on the phone "annoying & a waste of her time". Seriously its your job. When I begun to check out she didnt greet me or anything... no smile she just rung up my stuff... got the cds and threw my things in the bag. I was furious. They have just lost a customer!

I love this place Im a movie collector, it just so many movies to pick from old and new DVDs and Blu Rays. They also sell games and gaming systems and t.vs and lots of other stuff. The plus side is you can sell your movies and games and gaming systems and tablets etc... if they all are in good condition for a quick buck. Dont take my word go check them out your self and see you want be disappointed.

Nice select on XBOX and PS3 etc. but not much on PS2, with that being said Ive tried taking several of my games in (PS2) but was turned down because of some scratches, I thought with them having a dvd/game cleaning machine it wouldnt be a problem. That was in the summer time last year and havent been back since, kind of reminds me of some game stop stores in Chicago.

This has been my favorite place to shop for video games, movies, and any electronic that I need. The owner Rob is an amazing guy that really cares about the quality of his store, customer service, and the overall experience. Ive sold games, movies, phones, and everything here and Ive never been disappointed. Keep up the great work MMX!!

They dont think highly of minorities. poor customer service, and this was to a regular customer i guess they wanted the green money just not the black customer they should just hang a sign that says whites only and im sure blacks wont shop there anymore but you have to be honest about it cant say come again if you mean dont come back

Rude.......Rude........Rude Employees have no desire to work and have huge attitudes throwing you things in the bag........they dont acknowledge their customers unless you speak up at the register you will just stand there........god forbid you ask them a question wish i could give them -5 stars

The customer service i recieved from here was the worst ive ever had. Everyone who works there has a standoffish attitude; which deters me from ever doing business again. No smiles, no greetings; just made me feel like I was a bother. They need to be trained in customer service like asap!

Ive been shopping there for a few years now and found it to be a Greater place to shop to find the movies I was looking for but not a wide range of video games available. The staff there has been friendly and helpful and I look to continue being a customer for as long as there here.

Apparently they have a new system where you wait 20 minutes while they clean 3 dvds, when all you want to do is make your purchase and leave. Are you kidding me? Clean it before you put it away, dont make the customer sit there while you munch on bagels and clean discs.

Fantastic selection, wonderful atmosphere, and some of the best customer service workers Ive ever met. They even helped me for over two hours when my car was accidentally towed when it shouldnt have been! Thats what I call incredible commitment to their customers.

Normally love it here. However just bought a Blu Ray player and they failed to inform me that the cords to connect the player to my tv wasnt included. Felt a little ripped off.

The interior is kind of depressing, and the employees need a reason to live, but if youre looking for stuff on the cheap, this is the place to be.
