I walk into the store with a stack of comics and the first thing the cashier says to me is "WE DONT BUY COMICS!" Basically yells this at me. I am not trying to sell my comics. I wanted an appraisal or someone to tell me what they think of the small collection. "WE DONT APPRAISE COMICS". Again he didnt say hello, didnt say sorry we dont do that. Just shouts it at me like Im a terrible person. I left there feeling insulted, he had no sence of customer service at all. Dont do to that shop because the cashier is rude and nobody deserves to be treated like that!

Ive been coming to Graham Crackers in St Charles for ages. They have the best staff you could ask for. Kort Biallis is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable and friendly to the extreme. Dan the Man-ager is very professional and an above average Street Fighter player. Ive heard tell of an employee named Mat Elfring, but Ive never seen him and assume hes an urban legend. Their comic club is the best one around, and they have an excellent selection of grass fed super powered beef stick flavored meats. Come on down!

This is a very nice store! I found the sales clerk to be helpful and polite. This particular branch didnt have a plethora of back issues to choose from, most likely due to its size. The clerk did mention that if they had a back issue at one of the other stores, they could ship it locally, if you were interested. A clean and well-organized collection. If in the area, I would highly recommend a visit.

A while back I had a not so great experience with an employee who works there but I believe that it was a misunderstanding. I called today a by a miracle they had a Funko Pop Dark Knight Returns Armored Batman available and said they would gladly hold it for me. Always happy with the selection of figures especially the Marvel legends and Marvel Select.

Graham Crackers has been a west suburbs institution since I started buying comics from their old Naperville location 20 years ago. The staff is always knowledgeable and doesnt hound you unless you ask for help.

Book quality always ends up having some flaw. Look through the whole rack and end up with a creased page somewhere. Do they drop the deliveries from a plane?
