Purchased in store and was talked into the membership. $25 is too much but I run a small business and like to support local businesses instead of shopping online. Given $10 off coupon. When the book I ordered had come in I drove the 40 minutes to the mall to pick up and added more purchases. They denied the coupon. It had been expired for 4 days. Would have been nice to have been told there was an expriation date. But it was a month I waited for the order and I dont just live around the corner. I can get everything faster and cheaper from Amazon any day of the week without a $25 membership. I am trying to support them but they did nothing to resolve the issue. Even though she agreed the coupon should have been honored when I called to tell her she needs better customer service and a nicer employee. So I guess its Barnes and Noble or back to dhopping online.
