Warning to those who buy magazine subscriptions with a Nook. The Nook lets you buy the subscription but you cant open the magazines. I have tried cancelling for 3 months and I am still being billed. Took the Nook to the Barnes and Noble store directly and they could see how the magazines can not be opened. They were on the phone with Technical Support for 30 minutes. Thought it was all cancelled and a refund was on the way. Not the case, just opened my bank statement....Im still being charged for the two subscriptions that cant be opened. Dont recommend to anyone, this has been a nightmare. Called again today and I was told to contact technical support. They can sell the Nook but as far as support....good luck!

Ive had a really difficult time with multiple salespeople in the store. I bought a defective product, which should have been covered by a gift receipt. When I stopped by the store to ask for information about exchanging the product, neither the salesperson on the floor nor the manager knew what the exchange policy was. On top of that, neither person was willing to *find out* what the exchange policy was. I also couldnt get a straight answer for why the policy on the gift receipt was not valid. I finally got a helpful response by calling a 1-800 number for Barnes and Noble, but Im disappointed by the unhelpful attitudes and lack of effort that sales personnel, including a *manager*, put into solving my problem.

I love Barnes and Noble BUT Please bring back the Fiction New Release section. For someone who reads a lot and purchases books often from Barnes and Noble, I need a new release section. I dont want to wander through the bookshelves trying to find something new. I typically read a book a week and will leave b&n with at least one book. This is the second time now that I left with nothing.

Its a nice bookstore with a variety of products for everyone but I feel like many of the sections are diminished to make room for puzzles, coloring books, games and other nick nacks. They seem to be straying away from bookstore and becoming a store that also sells books.

I had a hard time getting help at this store and when I finally did I they made me feel like an idiot for asking my question. Not the way for build customer support. They had the books I was looking for but It took over 20 minutes to get through the line to buy my books.

I love this Barnes and Noble. They have a ton of books and they have lots of books available on discount. There is a Starbucks at this one as well. Plus, its fun to just ride the escalator. And the location is hard to beat - with two stories (get it?) of books

I can never work here, I would never take home a paycheck!! Besides having the nicest employees, they have two stories of everything!! Our six-year old grandtwins love going there because they get to keep what we buy them - not like the library!!!

I found way more than I could afford on the first few aisles of the first floor! It will take me many visits to be able to see the whole store. Plus...their bags have Alice in Wonderland excerpts on them

Awesome two-story Barnes and Noble. I confess, I only went inside because my friend really needed a bathroom, but I was floored by how beautifully put together the whole store was. Also 10/10 bathrooms.

This is a nice and busy bookstore! The coffee is good, and the bathrooms are clean (good to know when youre spending the day downtown). Its usually full of younger shoppers - kids and college kids.

Great variety of books. They have just about every book you could imagine. Dont like the Starbucks located on the 2nd floor. They dont make good drinks just go to the other one located downtown.

The Starbucks cafe part has poor customer service. They forget orders and run out all the time. Disgraceful. Pls do better! But your apple pie is good. The book selection is wonderful, however.

I love to read and being in a bookstore is great way to check out new authors or books I havent read by my favorite authors. I will be very sad when bookstores will be a thing of the past.

This is probably one of the nicest B&Ns Ive ever been in. Its two floors. If you cant find street parking, theres a garage right nearby. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly.

Like coming here and browsing the books. Its nice that it has a small Starbucks in the store as well as a kids area that is good for little kids to hang out in with Thomas train set.

This Barnes & Noble is very large and quiet. Many things to look at and the organization is great. The Starbucks inside is also nice and the staff there are friendly and helpful.

I love this bookstore, staff is friendly and more than willing to help you find what you need, checkout is a breeze, quite place - you can "test read" your book before you buy it!

This B&N always has a pretty good selection that reflects the interests of the customers very well. They keep their sections trimmed down, but have a good variety of materials.

Love this location aside from the lack of comfy places to sit. Great place for wrapping up work before coming home or chilling while reading. Staff has always been good too.

Nice place to hang out and relax with a book. However, I do not recommend buying anything other than the coffee at the Starbucks. Extremely disgusting and overpriced.

The staff is all very friendly and helpful, even in an area that was clearly made messy by customers the staff was still able to help me find the book I wanted

They have everything here even a good selection of Manga. I go here because all the other ones have closed down, but its also one of the best I have found.

Large store with a Starbucks. Its a nice place to hang out and look at books. I have been disappointed by their psychology selection of books.

Is it just me or are bigger bookstores losing appeal? kinda disorganized and the discount sections detract from the reason i came, the books.
