So I tell the guy my order, and when Im about to pay he told me that I couldnt pay with a Starbucks card... why? Then as I walk away he says "I completely forgot what your order was... could you tell me again?" So I repeated it. Luckily my food and drink came out fine. Then my friend goes to order and she orders a venti. We then go to wait for our drinks (which took very long to make) and she got a grande and he had to re-make her Starbucks. It was very frustrating.

I am a board member for a PTA at a local elementary school. Barnes and Noble generously donated a $10 gift card to our recent reading night, and even more generously, Eden Acres of Barnes and Noble donated an hour of her time to our event. She did a fabulous 30 minute story time for our students, and really went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so much for supporting the local community!

They had the books I wanted. All of them. Thats never happened. As long as you can dodge the e-reader sales people and steer clear of the coffee bar (unless thats your thing) then you can get a pleasant experience in one of the few book stores around. They have comfy couches.

Wouldnt let me carry a blu ray around the store and insisted on holding it for me like I was 5. So I went to best buy where I can carry the stuff around with me and not be treated like a criminal. Stay classy Barnes & noble. Youll be nothing but a distant memory soon anyway.

The store is clean, well-stocked, and parking is excellent. There were tons of books available to peruse, and they were even well-filed! I prefer this Barnes and Noble to the one in Downtown Naperville, and to the Books-a-Million in Dubuque, IA.
