we visited the nearest store to us located in (5232 Dempester St, Skokie, IL), I took my mother to that store and we looked at Iphone7 & I phone 7 plus, as we were looking at both phones, the store employee then informed me that they will have to order the phone, so we agreed to order Iphone 7 plus. The employee informed us that the order was going to be a total of 49.99 down payments and with taxes to a total for near 74.99. When I checked my account I saw that they have charged us a total of 99 dollars instead. Once the phone was received which was almost 2 weeks after the date of order, we saw that the correct color (gold Rose) was ordered but not the correct phone we got Iphone7 not the iphone7 plus. I took the phone back to the store and asked for them to change it, the employee informed me that it has been more than 2 weeks and the policy will not allow me to change, I informed the employee that we had it shipped to us so that was your 2 weeks and you can’t hold the delivery time against us, then they informed me that because it was ordered they will not be able to exchange in the store even though it was ordered at that location (Dempester/ Gross point location), that they have to send the phone back, refund me stay without a phone, until they send me another one, and that they will not be able to transfer my numbers and or pictures because they have a slow wifi in the store so I would need to do that at home using my wifi. After the conversation with this untrained team, I have decided to go to the next store that would be close to me, so my mother and I went to the store in (7107 Dempster st, Niles, IL). We spoke with the employees there and I let my mother explain what she can about her phone, My mother explained that she couldn’t hear the phone very well, and tried to explain what happened with the other location, the employee there looked at my mother and his replays to her was rude, and disrespectable that he pointed to the table and said that we should have paid attention the2” x 4” white sign on the white table saying the return policy, and that maybe if she would to remove all the stickers then she will hear better on the phone also that she will have to sell the phone back to T-mobil in order to fix it and she will then lose a total of 250 dollars on what the phone price really is, the employee was absolutely disrespectable and rude to my mother, the way he spoke with her was not appreciated.

Do not come here. Theyre nothing more than lying salesmen. I bought an iPhone 5 ($710 after taxes is the total price), and Dave (the manager) convinced us that we should get the insurance for $10/month. Sensing that there was a catch, he reassured us that should anything happen to the phone it would be replaced "completely free of charge." He reiterated several times that it would be absolutely free. Well, the screen cracked. After half an hour on the phone with customer service and insurance, I found out its actually going to cost $175. I call the store and the same guy picks up. After letting him know that I did not appreciate being lied to, he first said that he never said such a thing. Then he said that he "didnt lie" and "just didnt tell you all of the details." After asking for his name so that I could file a complaint, he said that he has never had a complaint filed against him in seven years so filing one now probably wouldnt do anything. He also said I shouldve known that there would be a deductible because the company should have sent us a "welcoming kit" that informed us of all costs associated with the insurance (which they never sent us). Yes, I understand paying the insurance and $175 deductible is cheaper than buying a new phone, but I wouldnt have had to file a complaint if he hadnt lied to us in the first place. He claimed that all of the other carriers would have done the same thing, which is where he is wrong; We were with US Cellular for nearly ten years before they got bought out by Sprint and they never once tried to cheat or lie to us. No, this is probably indicative of a greater problem within T-Mobile. So thanks for teaching me never to trust one of your sales associates ever again!

I recently had to go in and get a new phone, because my previous one had broken from being dropped, even with the case on. I went to pick up the new one and Doris, was very helpful in making sure everything I needed to know was explained before I left and helpful with making sure the transaction went smooth and I wouldnt have to pay more than I should. Shout out to Doris, for great customer service!

Worst customer service ever. Walked in to get a 4 lines transferred and took nearly 3 hours. The also signed me up for the protection plan without telling me. The place was not busy and still took a long time because the employees dont know what they are doing and really dont care to help you.

THIS IS NOT A T-MOBILE CORPORATE STORE. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way. This is an independently owned store. Horrible service. David, the sales rep, will do anything to sell you a phone and service, even if he has to lie about it.

I called & talked with David , about changing my AT&T to T-mobile.not only did he answer my ? He was very honest about what I should do, he didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.this is the place to go ! Great job David !!!

this t-mobile is not that good because after you sign a plan with them. all the hiding fees show up and they dont tell you about it. so it get you wondering can you really trust them.
