I went in to report my phone stolen and none of the employees helped me instead I was on the phone for about 1 hour and the clerk on the phone stated that someone at the store couldve verified my identity with my ID. But no one did that. I think they need people in here that actually want to help customers. if I wouldve known I was going to be on the phone for more than an hour I wouldve never have gone in to get "help". Next time I know to just call from home. I can help myself.
