BOTTOM LINE OF THIS REVIEW: DO NOT TRUST YOUR PHONE TO BE REPAIRED BY SUNSHINE. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A STORE!!! My mother was recommended this shop when my father had chipped off a prong of his charging port on his Moto X. They estimated the repair to be $40 and would take 2-3 days. We dropped it off Tuesday, June 12. We called Friday, June 10 to see whether it was ready—they said it was. Upon pick up on Sunday, June 12, they attempted to return our phone with a drained battery. How is that practical or professional? They showed us that the phone was charging. Great. Except, our phone was missing its SIM card. The manager said he would get another SIM card for us from the Sprint store in the mall. Too bad my dads cell phone provider is Republic Wireless and that SIM card must be specially ordered. The managers solution was to then provide an international SIM card and claimed that although the screen displayed "invalid card", calls would still be able to be made. This is a blatant example of the store taking advantage of those that are not proficient in English or technologically savvy. They are scammers and do not care for their customers. When my dad came home with the "repaired" phone, we discovered that not only were we not able to make calls because of this SIM card issue, but his earpiece and sensor were not functioning. He could not hear from the earpiece and the sensor would cause the phone to suddenly shut down when it was held near his face. Thursday, June 16, my dad returned to the shop himself and the worker accused my dad of sabotaging his own phone and that he could not do anything because the manager was not present. Talk about time wasted. Saturday, June 18th we returned to complain about all of these issues we were facing and to address their horrendous list of mistakes they made. Sunshine is like the Jiffy Lube of cell phone repair shops. They fix one thing (the charging port) and wreck other things (the earpiece & sensor) to get us to come back. Then they blame us for sabotaging their own phone because those two areas are on polar opposites of the phone. Upon bringing up these issues, the manager repeatedly told us that he did not provide us with that international SIM card and that the SIM card was not his problem. It was a waste of time talking to a man that told me to "listen" to him like I wasnt and did not own up to any of his inconsistencies. Sunshine is a clear example of how a business can capitalize on the weakness of people that are not as technologically capable as some. They clearly do not care of their customers satisfaction or time. Do not waste your breath on this business.

I went to apple to try to get my phone repair with a appointment. They made me wait an extra hour. I got recommend this place. I gave them a call and they were $30 cheaper than apple. I left the apple store, and came straight to sunshine. 1. Cheaper price 2. They fixed my phone in 20 mins!!! 3. Excellent customer service No problems after my repair, its been 2 weeks and my phone is working perfectly fine. Dont waste youre time going to apple. Just call these guys. Theyll take care of you.

They really change things up Best customer service I must say. They kept me updates with my repair (they had to order the part;a week wait) But they let me know ahead of time and even after they received the part they found another promblem with my phone. The manager understood my wait time and he gave me a deal without breaking my bank. Ask for Irfan, he gave me the best deal

Customer service 100/100. I came in at the last minute, before they close. They stayed an EXTRA HOUR, just to fix my tablet. There is no way other places would stay after closing to help a customers. The guy named Irfan even gave me a deal on the repair. He was so kind and patient. If you ever want good customer care or a good repair, come here. You wont regret it.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION: They are scammers. I went in for a simple screen repair for $100 but they damaged my phone attempting to repair the screen. The new screen came off of my phone after just two hours so I came in the next day and they told me I would have to pay another $100 even with the warranty.

My father and I came in to fix his phone; Customer serivice was the best. We spoke to a gentlemen name Irfan, he gave us a deal on our repair,and another young ladt name Diana helped my father set up the phone. Both were so nice and patient. Speak to these two. Theu were cery helpful.
