I have been neglecting to upgrade for a while but today was the day . I am a huge android person after having issues with iPhone years ago. Alex and Mike have been talking to me about the differences with the Moto Z, Moto Mods , Google Pixel, Samsung S7 and S7 edge. I was able to play around with all of the devices and decided to go with the Edge . Man I love my edge already. They showed me a feature with the people edge which sold me on the phone. If I have the phone upside down and someone texts me or calls I can see the color I have them set to. I can set up an automatic reply that I can send without looking at my phone in a meeting just by touching the flash sensor. Thats awesome! They made sure I even had a battery pack and a case for protection. This Verizon has great service here, great conversation, and a great environment. I recommend this one over any I have ever been too!!

I was in the Verizon store TCC in Highland Park Illinois. I was working with two of your representatives Mike Fristrom and Rebecca Rosen They are rock stars. They were extremely helpful. They really know their stuff. You should be proud of your employees. I would like to suggest that they should be up for a promotion or be given a bonus !
