Excellent!!!! By far one of the best customer service experiences Ive had when working with a wireless service company!!. Brittany at the Orland Park location on S. LaGrange Road was extremely understanding when it came to my frustration with the Xperia z3 and was able to help me out even with my time constraint. Also the assistant store manager? made the whole experience that much easier!!! These employees deserve some recognition!

T-Mobile has the absolute WORST costumer service. They are beyond rude, very unhelpful and greedy. The company is all about taking your money, constantly charging ridiculous fees and making "errors" on bills. I will no longer be a customer much longer.
