If I could have left zero stars, I would have...literally the worst customer service experience EVER. I went in yesterday (March 12) to ask for help regarding the rebate I never received and the man who helped me was Fares. When I explained my problem and asked if he could help, he explained that he could do nothing because he knows that I am wrong. To make a long story short, I asked to speak to a manager and he said that he was the manager. This whole conversation was rude, very unprofessional, and just overall not a way to treat someone who is your customer. I then asked if I could have his card so that I could complain about how ignorant he was being and he sloppily wrote his name on another managers card and said he was going to call the police on me if I did not leave. I said can I at least call while inside, it is cold out, he said no you have to leave, I have the right to kick you out. I honestly think my mouth had dropped open by this point... Do i even need to go on? ...I am in the process of completing a formal complaint on this person, but I thought everyone should know what Cricket thinks of Customer Service if they keep him around.... I think it is obvious that Customer Service does not mean kicking out your customer and threatening them with the police....usually it means trying to help them? huh what a concept. UPDATE: Just thought I should let people know that Cricket has proven to me that they can be even worse then I thought..... Even after the horrific incident I dealt with last time, I thought that things may turn around for the better when a customer service rep called me and said they re-submitted my $75 rebate for me. They apologized and said I should receive it in 3 months or so. However, I just called on Saturday about this issue again and I was told that it is not in the system.... I was on the phone for over an hour with different customer service reps and was hung up on once. After all of this, I was told that I still cannot receive my rebate.. I cannot understand how a business can have such horrible customer service. I will be leaving cricket after this month. IF ANYONE ACTUALLY READS THIS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CRICKET AND YOU WILL SAVE A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY! ZERO STARS
