Hi. My name is Dan, and Ive been a cricKet subscriber for almost a year. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yara and Zarai at this particular location between Sat. Nov 1, 2014, and Thur. Nov. 5, 2014, for a device trade-in and exchange. The efficiency and knowledge of these two young women are unsurpassed. Courteous and extremely accomodating, understanding my concern and what it required to satisfy them. Indeed, I was! I wouldnt see the need to go to any other location or even change to a different wireless service provider. Both the 3G and the G4 networks operate with amazing speed! I went in here about 2 months ago and asked to switch phones between 2 lines on my account and I got told they couldnt do that because the phones I wanted to switch between one was and older model and the other one was new. They basically were telling me they didnt want to switch it because the phone I hated they likeed and was a newer phone (are you using it?? No) after arguing about it they said it was gonna cost me $30 because I had to buy 2 new SIM cards. So I went to another store and it cost me 20 for 2 SIM cards and I got no attitude and being told it was dumb to switch the phones anyway cause I was going from an upgraded phone to a downgraded phone. I will never step foot back in this rip off location again!!
