If you value fair customer service, give your business to another location. Store closes at 8pm. Fiancee and I enter at 7:15p. Both current Verizon subscribers. 2 lines - due for upgrade. 2 ladies on staff. It was clear from the start they didnt want us. We were sharply greeted with a "can we help you?!" There was no mistaking the condescending tone. None the less I smile and I began explaining our reason for visiting. Before I could finish I was interrupted by the MOD. She said "If you want to upgrade you have to call customer support and tell them your upgrading first." Knowing this was a blatant lie, it was certain they did not want us there. I kindly asked " this isnt something you can do here?" She sharply responded "No, like I said you have to call customer service first." So we left and returned to the car contemplating what to do next. The two ladies had the store locked up tight at 7:38. Phone shopping can be frustrating on its own. Verizon has a stranglehold on the market and its employees know it. Dont allow yourself to be mistreated.

5 Stars arent enough. My wife and I walked inside the store and talked to Meg. She had a smile on her face and wanted to help. We explained what we wanted and she showed us everything from the phones to cases to even explaining how are bill will look like. Everywhere Ive ever gone to doesnt do that. We went with her experience and choose to do busines with her. So far Im extremely happy and dont have a bad thing to say or think of. Ive delt with other store for the part 15 years and This is the one for me. Honest, caring and friendly. Deal with Meg and you will smile to.

Went in to get a new iPhone and he said they dont have any in stock. I asked about the cost of buying the phone versus making payments and he said he had to look up my account first. As soon as he saw that I have a new two year contract and didnt need to sign a new one he was not interested in helping me anymore. He said he had no idea when he would get a phone for me and started playing on his cell phone. He told me I should go to another store so I will.

Jamill and team are awesome at this store. This was a completely opposite experience from the nearby location we used to frequent. They took time with us, assessed our needs and helped us make the best smart phone selection. Offered that we could come back for help as needed. We appreciated being appreciated! Run, dont walk, to this location. They will set you up.

I was a former US Cellular customer. I had never had a smartphone. The store manager, Meg, orchestrated a smooth transition for me. She always greeted me with a smile and took the time to answer all my questions. She is a patient and knowledgeable teacher. If she didnt know the answer she figured it out for me. I would highly recommend this location.
