Words cant express what I went threw, I felt humiliated, disrespected, cheated and lied to. Worst experience in my life not only for a cell phone store but for anything I have ever did in my life. "Maria" was very rude and unprofessional. Ive been an at&t customer for 7 years with 8 lines on my account along with direct TV, Uverse and internet. I went in back in September for the promotion they had to swap out the iPhone 6 to the iPhone 7 they took my my old phones never gave me a credit for them and I had to pay $2,100.00 for the phones. I provided the tracking numbers for the three phones along with the proof of delivery as well as the imei numbers. I tried to resolve the issue and kept coming in for 3 months and they kept saying we will call you never got a call and it was never resolved. Just switched all my lines to Verizon. Best plan ever $45 unlimited LTE with hotspot unlike at&t, I cancelled my direct tv, Uverse and all my cell phones with at&t. When I asked to get the imei numbers from Maria so I can switch them to Verizon she refused to give them to me and asked me to get them my self from all the phones i have. The I asked Maria for her business card so I can make a complaint about her she refused along with her coworker Tyra. Dishonest and they will give you inaccurate information just to make the sale and get the commission like Maria did.... BE CAREFUL AND DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. Always read the super small fine print you have to be more educated than the employees at this store.

Upon getting new phones via our AT&T Next plan at the Apple Store, we were directed here to return our old phones. The manager at this store looked confused and said they didnt do that. I was given a slip of scrap paper with a URL written on it and was told to go there and print a shipping label. The URL didnt exist. I managed to get one emailed to me a couple days later after chatting online with AT&T customer service. Long story short, after nearly 3 months, and countless hours on the phone with customer service, the phones were shipped back to me unexpectedly and I was charged over $600 for them. The bottom line? The store was supposed to take them back from us and ship them off themselves. I did my due diligence over this 3 month timeframe, calling every week to check on the status of the shipment and inquiring about the charges and such. This was bad business conducted by them both at the store and through their customer service people. I am livid! After being jerked around for months and doing everything the way they told me to, I am stuck with phones I dont need and an astronomical charge on my credit card. Two thumbs down. Lets hope the corporate store in Joliet can fix this for me tomorrow.

A bunch of uneducated twits. Their absolute Morons. I beg anyone out there, not to go to this store. This store has cost me 100s more for a product which I was told and assured over and over that it would be "X" amount of dollars. They are white collar criminals and lack education over that of a 4 year old. PLEASE DONT SHOP THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT, I PROMISE. My purchase was supposed to be $399.00 and now its $679.00 b/c the fat moron in the store put me on a next plan and not the two year contact which I requested and in fact signed for. Aside from the non sense above, the store is horrible, no parking, long waits, and once again, people who lack the aptitude to be able tell you accurate information. The AT&T in Oak Lawn on 95th street (right next to Metra/Dunkin Donuts) is a night and day difference.

I agree with the review below. I upgraded my phone and was told the phone would cost a certain amount over several months. When I got my bill (more than two weeks later and thus too late to return the phone), it was for $350 more than I was promised it would be. I feel very betrayed by this and although the manager was very nice when I called to tell him what happened and tried to rectify the situation somewhat, none of the solutions were really any less expensive in the long run. I am ill and would never have spent $500 on a telephone at the current time, if ever...I feel betrayed and taken advantage of and would certainly be very wary of doing business here again.

Worst experience ever. A loser manger named Samir tried to rob me. I was opening a new account, when this Samir guy kept interrupting the sale, comes up to me and asks me irrelevant questions, and then sends over a bimbo to my table with a note on her iPad for my salesperson to read telling him not serve me. Then this loser manager comes up to me telling me they need a $1500 deposit per line. I knew something was wrong because I have perfect credit. I went to another at&t store got some real help.Samir is thief his father weal didnt know how raise him

The worst experience ever in this store. They just want to sell you a bundle of cell, Internet, and tv with good prices, but when it comes to billing the prices are so much higher than what they promise on the day of the sale. Even the Internet they offered speed of 45, The day of installation they said its only 6. Not recommended store, and dont make deals with Maria, shes not accurate

Store has big push for upgrades, sales, big push for insurance. Service weak, get in and out the door. I did get my questions asked and sales person was courteous. Just too pushy for me. I came with a cell phone problem and there was NO discussion about fixing it at the store. I eventually learned I did need a new phone. Just wish the sales person had more time for me.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. First off they are very rude, they have no patience, they do not care to help resolve the issues you have. I only went in there to ask about a Apple Watch I was being talked to as if I wasnt able to afford one. Your better off going to any T-Mobile store than that store. Im sure they will help you.

This is the best cellular store Ive been to so far. I have been there five times so far and longest I had to wait was maybe 10 minutes. Compared to Sprint across the street this place is great! i switched to ATT from T-Mobile in September and couldnt be happier.

My account was a mess and we had a lot of changes. Was there most of the day. The rep kept my spirits up while he fixed everything. I love the great customer service I always get from AT&T.

Neeta did a great job of hooking me up with the right accessories and a new Samsung Note 5! The discounts and promotions were great and I even got the Gear S2 watch for $10 a month!

Gave me a poor price and then when I canceled my cable service they all of a sudden had a much better price. I hate playing that game.
