Havent really been impressed or happy with T-Mobile for a while, turns out Ive been going yo the wrong stores. I was completely blown away by the customer service at the north riverside location. Usually i feel like if Im not buying anything, they dont care. Went in with an account issue and Sonia went above and beyond to help me. Great service and was very nice. If T-Mobile had more people like her, they would be able to retain more happy customers. First time i felt like T-Mobile cared, great job!

This store is awful, I really advise anyone to go to another location. Ive had unauthorized activity done to my account at this location and it has been a nightmare to fix it, a lot of lost time. I am happy with T-mobile, have been with them for ten years, it had nothing to do with the company, they fixed the error, but the employee that worked at this location could care less and the manager even more. I would really advise to go to another location for your peace of mind.

Horrible!!!! as soon as i got attended after like 45 minutes, The kid kept trying to sell me a tablet i didnt want and kept insisting me to get it after i had refused a few times he seemed irratated . Whats even worse i heard him bragging to hes co workers how much stuff had sold!! These highscool kids all they want is your money and dont give a flying f*** about the customer. Useless

Really bad service all they want is your money. I waited long hours just to pay a payment. They need to fix that so people who making payments dont wait as long they have a list of wait time.there are people who want to buy a contrat and people want t make a payment. Pay and go bad service to many highschool kids no experience on service. The other ratings are 3 years ago.

Greatest service ever. Even when I had a problem it was fixed. Bill problems are hard for them. I use to work in retail so these ignorant people need to learn not to expect the world given to them. You get what you deserve if that was it then you must of done something wrong I your life.

This store sucks. I walk in and there is BLARING Hispanic music. I dont care that it was Hispanic, the volume was absurd. Couldnt hear the peoe talking to me. Tmobile is the cheapest for a reason, horrible service, horrible coverage. So happy I went back to Verizon.
