I purchased a phone from this store. After a week, I decided I did not like it. I simply returned the phone and got my money back. After one month and numerous visits to this store and calls to AT&T customer service, AT&T still claims that I never returned my phone and is adamant that I owe the full retail value of the phone. The store blames AT&T, and AT&T blames the store for not processing the return correctly. Terrible experience.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. Unfortunately, this store seems to be always understaffed. Ive been here several times and have received great service, but it came with a long wait time.
