Buyer Beware !! They use very deceiving sales techniques, just to boost there sales. I went in to renew my contract becus I was eligible for an upgrade. Gloria the sales rep advised me it would be cheaper if I signed up for the Edge Program that I also qualified for on one of my 3 lines and that was only $190. She also mentioned that I would receive a bundle that consisted of a car charger, case, screen protector and Bose wireless speaker. Well I was happy to receive this "free" bundle just for signing up on the Edge program. We did the transaction she handed me the ipad to sign. We never received a paper receipt nor were we offered one. Not till the next day when I was able to go online to view my receipt . I noticed I was charged for the bundle. I called Gloria and asked her if I was charged for the bundle she said YES. I asked her then I had the option to purchase or not purchase she said YES. I asked her why did she lie and say that The Edge Program would be $190 and the bundle was FREE. Her response was she never used the word FREE. I was able to return the bundle and get a complete refund and went in the next day and spoke to "Kat" the manager she did the credit transaction but I believe they are all aware of the shady sales tactics they use either they are trained that way by the managers or maybe even Verizon corp. The manger also does not care about customer service she also said Gloria never used the word Free. I tried to explain but she didnt care. She peeled off the screen protector from the phone and threw it in the garbage instead of leaving it on. That showed us they did not care that we were unhappy customers. You would think she would offer the screen protector at a discount or leave it on. It was a very bad experience. I am contemplating switching carriers even thou it would be a major hassle. I havent decided yet. I do hope never to have to step foot into that SHADY store again. BAD BUSINESS !!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! GABRIELA is an amazing rep and not only was she able to help break down the issues I was having but she also made the experience a friendly one. She was as professional as can be and without me even asking for a follow up called me a week later to see how things had turned out. Coincidentally her call came on the day I had ran out of data and she again assisted me with adding more data and saving me from having to pay fees. Its always great walking into this location because its more like going to see a friend rather than an uncomfortable encounter with a stranger. Happy Customer!

I went to this verizon store based on a phone conversation I had with Verizon customer support they ask me to go to my nearest Verizon store and have them give me a SIM card for my device. long story short they were Not helpful and they referred me beck to Verizon customer care . I asked them if they can give me the SIM card and I will contact customer support to get my problem resolved but they denied my request. If youre not going to spend money there they are not interested. They just want their Commission check and you as a customer can fo jump in the lake.

Unfortunately, they really were NO help at all! The screen on my phone gave out right after the warranty, and the only thing they could do for me was offer me a tablet so that I can communicate through social media? :/ Who does that? They gave me absolutely NO options to do anything else. The customer service there SUCKS.

This is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Not only was the sales person deceitful and dishonest, all she wanted was to make the sale. To make matters worse, when I approached the store manager to convey my concerns I was treated with arrogance, insolence and distasteful mannerism. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE.

The manager doesnt like hearing about competition. do not go there unless you will only talk about Verizon Wireless. SERKAN will use his muscles and threatening body posture if you ever speak of Flash Wireless. Do not go there when he is on the clock.
