Poor at best. The last several times Ive gone there for assistance theyve not been able to help me and Ive been a steady AT&T customer for many years with the complete home, cell, internet and u-verse package. More interest in quick fix, quick sell items. I end up going to the LaGrange store for everything now, not even bother to go to the Ogden store anymore. They seem to focus on certain people too.

The guy was very nice and explained everything to my bf and I clear and thoroughly and was able to answer any questions and threw in some advice to help us with a switch over. Gave a lot more info than verizon did when I switched over.
