Most help here is not knowledgeable unless they contact corporate for answers. Employees are always new at this store. Tried to get a replacement phone and they screwed everything up even after contacting corporate. Had to do things myself.

They have a tendency to lock their doors before closing time. This has happened to me multiple Xs. Ive also noticed a decline in customer service and extra fees ever since AT&T merged with Cricket.

Salesman didnt understand plan; telephone leads to fax/modem line; plan expires without warning; 800 # has no operator; stores are hard-sell, just like the rest of the $%#$-ing cell phone industry
