I promise you this is probably the most shitiest phone store on the planet we call Earth. I came inside with a iphone6+ and the screen was unresponsive *it would respond sometimes*. And when I went In they told me that it was the LCD so I would need a knew screen. They charged $105 and told me it will be ready in 30-45min. Not only did I wait almost 2hrs. But that did not fix the problem and on top of that my home button stopped working and so did the finger recognition. They said I can leave the phone there for 3 days and theyll send it out to a technician that supposedly is apple certified and is at another location. 3 days pass and I dont get a phone call so I end up calling and asking them for an update they tell me the guy who took my phone is off. The next day I call and he tells me the phone is good when I get there he gives me the Phone and the touch screen is working but still no home button or finger recHDognition. At this point Im just getting off a 13hr shift and Im exhausted so I said f*** it and when I got in my car and drove off I get on my iphone and the same thing happens again. I didnt bother going back because at that point I knew what type of buissness theyre running... a bunch of scum bags basically stealing money. Im not the only one who had this problem with them they always rip off people who dont speak good English... I witnesses it, like the African lady infront of me who you claimed had a problem with her iPhone 4 charging port when it was charging on computer before took it to the back and it all of a sudden stopped charging?

Do not bring your electronics here for repairs. We brought my young sisters phone in with what seemed to be a minor crack in the screen and the phone was returned with a completely unusable screen without explanation. When I contacted Elite to see what happened, I had to play phone tag with them for 2 days because they needed to "speak with the technician". They never called me back. and when I would call them again and again, they lied and told me they had called and accused me of not answering the phone!! When I finally came in, I was told that the phone had frame damage from the fall that cracked the original screen and a new screen wouldnt work properly without spending an exorbitant amount of money, which they still called "a deal", on a new frame. They danced around all my questions which led me to believe that either they did something while attempting to repair the screen and hoped my young sister wouldnt complain, or there really was frame damage the phone and they chose not to inform us since, obviously, we wouldnt want to pay them for a new screen if it wasnt going to work. Bottom line, they offered no refund, discount, or even sympathy for giving us back a useless phone after their "repair".. Complete lack of integrity as a business, and terrible customer service.

I recently went to Elite mobile and I must say, Very respectful and helpful staff. I was looking to get a new phone with new service and got a great deal on everything! The phone works great and they try work with your budget..I also needed to unlock the phone and it worked fast! Plus, they have such cute cases for phones! I will defiantly recommend this store to everyone!! Thanks Elite for a great Experience! A+++++++

My phone has been bothering me because it wont charge properly for the past month. I went to Elite Mobile and they were able to solve the problem quickly. They have a great team and an excellent service. I recommend everyone to go there for your wireless needs. The best cutomer service you can ask for. They fixed my phone screen on the spot and my screen was totally damaged. It looked like a brand new phone after. The price was great and cant be beat. I love this store. I been to a lot of stores and im really happy with the outcoms and the way i got treated.
