First off they do not communicate well with eachother at this location. I came in yesterday to purchase the Lg g5 and i qualified for no money down and only paying the taxes. The sales rep Michelle said i can receive a phone cover and screen protector with the phone for only 71.00 dollars. She gave me the paperwork and i said Id come in the next day to pay. I came in today and she called me to let me know her store manager Louis would be helping me. When i came in and asked for him they gave me a sales rep who didnt know what was going on. So i asked the sales rep to see Louis because thats who I originally was suppose to see. He was like hes in a meeting. He still didnt understand what i was saying. I asked again for Louis and he went to het him. Didnt come out for 10 minutes. Then came out approached someone else, finally came to me. Explained the accessorie issue and I didnt understand why I wasnt told this before and why the girl.I originally dealt with told me different and that all I would have to do was just pay. He said i had to spend more on accessories. He had an attitude and acted like he didnt give a crap. I said Ill take my business else where he just walked away and the sales rep gave me back my paperwork. Seriously? I work in customer service and I would never treat anyone like that. I tried to get info on who was above this manager and no one provided me with any info not even a name. They said hes on vacation. I called Tmobile customer service and they are doing an internal report on them but its like upsetting that i wasted 2 of my lunch hours, didnt get my phone and got crappy service. Im usually the type of person that doesnt write a review unless Im really upset. So just dont go here. After work Im going to a better Tmobile location. This location is horrible and no communication between reps and store manager. Really annoyed that I wasted time.

this location is horrible! i went to this location with my boyfriend tonight at 7:30 pm they close at 8pm. when i came in i knew precisely that i wanted to get vibrant for both of the lines on my account. ive never seen people put effort into ignoring someone! I got no greeting when i walked in and just kind of waited by the phones for some to ask me if i needed help. when no one came to assist me, i walked up to someone that looked like a manager and she just continued to talk with a coworker - she didnt even acknowledge me! after waiting to be seen or even acknowledged for over ten minutes I left because it was all too apparent that i was not going to be serviced and at that point i was not interested in giving them my business.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE this location! Louis, Manny, and some heavy white man with a beard were the absolute WORST! It seems that having a smug attitude and not having the ability to be personable are prerequisites to work here. No associate ever knows whats going on and will try to ignore you at all costs. I only go to this location because, believe it or not, the Riverside store is even more rude and incompetent. Step your game up TMobile!!!!!!

Dont trust people that work there! Read every piece of paper they make you sign! Ive a horrible experience. They told me that upgrade to a new phone would cost only $25 dollars more. Turns out it was $25 every month in addition to $20 for my old phone that was broken. I gave it back but still pay for it despite the valid warranty. I feel like I need a lawyer every time I work into that store.

This by far is the best Mobile Phone store I have been to. The manager is always around if not the Assistant Manager. The crew are all friendly and ready to help you in any way. I have been coming to this store now for 2 years and the kindness of their crew is beyond I have ever expected. Thank you guys for a GREAT JOB !!!!!!!

The sign says open at 10am its now 10:22 and store isnt open. I have seen 2 other cusromers come and leave. Thats bad for business. I recommend going anywhere but this location.
