Jose provided excellent customer service, and Id highly recommend him and his team. He went above and beyond the ordinary standard in terms of providing high quality service. I went to the store looking for an iPad. He walked me through the options and, based on my modest needs, he convinced me to buy a cheaper model than I was considering. He listened to my concerns regarding my future cellular bills, and he found me a plan that provides more data AND is cheaper than the one I was on. Ive been a Verizon customer for 15 years, and this was the best experience Ive ever had with Verizon.

I went in to get assistance with an issue I was having with an older phone and met Jose who gave me his time freely. Knowing I needed a new cell I told Jose that I would come to see him to purchase the phone. Not being at the Skokie store past that day I asked where his store was and went there to purchase the phone as a result of his professionalism and freely giving his time to educate me being a technological dinosaur. Customer service DoD not extend all the help I receive from,Jose who I would recommend to anyone seeking a new phone or just to get needed help.

I am a new customer and had a couple different issues I needed help with so I went into the store. Collin was so awesome! Very patient and genuine in trying to help me out. Got everything fixed for me and was super nice about it. Never once did I feel like an inconvenience. So refreshing, I am so glad I switched! Make sure to ask for Collin if your thinking about switching your service you wont regret it.
