As an employee at another store and only came to this store as a convenience to being closer to my house I was extremely angered and dissatisfied. I came in to return some gifts my daughter revived and my friend tagged along with her (almost) four month old daughter. When we got into the store we were greeted by a wonderful and delightful woman with long dark hair ( I cant remember her name) but she was amazing. She had a wonderful attitude, was very friendly, very helpful. Five stars to her. This isnt about her though, my friends daughter woke and we went to the mothers room so she could nurse, so Im sitting, chatting with her while she feeds her daughter and were both on our phones just passing time until her daughter was full, an employee who wasnt in her uniform kept walking past and going into the break room, and passed us multiple times in about fifteen minutes. She finally passed again after clearly looking and drawing attention of us being there to other employees that she finally stated out loud that we clearly didnt know what the room was used for because we were on our phones. Didnt even bother to realize there was a mother breast feeding and made it very awkward and uncomfortable. So she put every item she had away, and we left. Even after talking to the manager he didnt seem to care much, and he didnt talk loud enough for you to hear him. And the store wasnt in good shape with being organized and tagged properly. Besides the amazing customer service woman the whole experience was a bad time.

My baby sisters birthday is tomorrow and my daughters is 6 days away. I took them here to get the crown and balloon they are promised as members of the goefferys club . The rude cashier told my 3 year old daughter she has to wait a week on her birthday to get it. Before I could ask her why she called the next person in line. I stopped her and asked if she could announce my sisters birthday over the intercom, because they have to as part of the deal and my sister was so excited. Her reply was "later" . Im not kidding by the time she got around to it my 3 year old sister didnt notice and my daughter was crying because she couldnt receive her crown and balloon . For a kid oriented place they sure are ridiculous and rude.

DONT ORDER ONLINE. I placed an order and paid $20 to have it received in 2-3 days. Three days later, I receive a notice from them that there is a delay in my order. When you try to contact them, there is no way you can actually talk to a person. Their online chat person could not tell me when my order would arrive and could not even cancel my order. The only thing they could do is cancel the $20 shipping fee. The birthday party is tomorrow and these two toys are not available for me anywhere local. Stick with Amazon.

Customer Service - Needs Improvement I usually buy toys at this shop while I was in Connecticut. I usually paid with card however this time I decided to pay with cash. The lady gave me a torn $10 bill in return and when asked for an exchange mentioned that she wouldnt be able to give us a non-torn bill. I didnt want an argument at the spot and thought of writing this review. They should ensure a pleasant-full visit for the customer

Got harassed by an other customer in the store quite openly. Manager didnt seem to care one bit when I approached him about it. I fully realize youre not responsible for peoples actions, but you ARE responsible for making it a safe environment. Maybe stepping up and seeing if there is a problem wouldve been helpful. Plus, scalpers are in full force here.

Walked in and saw a ton of garbage by the cart area. As I walked to the back of the store to the video gaming counter I saw 2 energy drinks and one pop bottle just sitting out on the counter with no employees in site. I went to buy a bike for my son and never got helped so we left and bought one at target. Bad experience as this location.

What happen to trying stuff in store, i was riding a bmx bike it slipped to the side,making me hit my head on the floor. the empllye yelled at me to put it back,not caring that i got hurt........ worst and overpriced store ever.

POKEMON SHOPPERS THEY OVER PRICE THEIR CARDS 20% OVER RETAIL. Poorly run store events. Why not tell people that your in line for over an hour for nothing. just hope a few people read and you lose some business.

Plenty of choices for toddlers and above. Baby options are limited recommend to visit a babiesrus. There are a lot of new variety of toys meeting all price ranges.

They do have a Babies R Us section, though its small with terrible selection - if you want the baby stuff, go down the road to the dedicated Babies R Us

Busy place, some items are in damaged boxes and taped up. For premium pricing on toys items should be in new condition.
