I agree with johndeem72 about the pushiness, but I think its because the staff is very young and dont know any better yet. I went in to try out the new store since its much closer to me than the one in Naperville, but I think Ill be sticking with the Naperville store after my first visit here. These sales people really didnt seem to know what they were talking about, I caught one simply reading the box to me to answer a question and READ it wrong! And I think her little "brother" owns/loves everything in the store!!! Yeah, right.

Our prices are fair, our selection great, and our customers get wonderful service expected in a locally owned toy store. When was the last time you were in a big box store and received a friendly welcome, personal attention and free gift wrapping? Stop by and see for yourself why we are your neighborhood toy store.

I felt overwhelmed by the sales personal. I just went in to see what kind of toys they had and they wouldnt let me just look in peace. I was hounded by a noisy employee asking me who I was shopping for, and I told the first girl I was just looking. Then not more then five minutes later I had another employee coming at me and asking the same questions. JUST LET ME SHOP. I think next time I look for toys for my kids I will go to a bigger store with cheaper prices and less ambitious staff.

Great store, great experience. Pricing nearly equal to online. Loved the free gift wrapping, saved me time during the busy holidays because they were so fast.
