The store owner and staff were not welcoming at all. When carefully attempting to try out larger and more expensive toys to purchase, we were scolded from across the store by the owner. The situation is unfortunate as the child looking to purchase the toy was being carefully supervised and wanted only to ensure the toy fit before purchasing. We were treated as low class citizens by being yelled at from across customers and a busy store. We tend to shop in family owned businesses as the atmosphere is typically welcoming and we feel it important to support the community that supports us; however, I will never shop at this location again because of the unfortunate lack of professionalism in communication and terrible experience we had. I will also not be recommending this location to any friends or family.

Ive shopped and loved Be Beep for 23 years! My first visit was during my first pregnancy. Since then, Ive shopped for children, godchildren, nephews, baby showers, birthday parties, get well gifts - even for desk toys. There hasnt been a birthday, beach trip, Christmas day or Easter Sunday in our family without Be Beep representation in more than 2 decades. Superb advice - fun, interactive displays - amazing merchandise - and gift wrap! My children remember to this day having the most popular toy chests in the neighborhood. Many of the toys I bought here for my now 16- and 22-year-olds have been recycled to other children. The blocks, Playmobile, dolls, sand toys, Breyer horses... just dont wear out. Id shop here more often, but in 1990 I moved 40 miles away. Be Beep, you are the BEST.

Love to shop there.. The staff is always so friendly and helpful.. My Granddaughter loves this store... I am very leary of the review that the staff was rude and actually yelled at this customer.. We have always had a pleasant visit and can not imagine the staff being rude to anyone!
