I normally dont shop at toy stores much anymore, its easier to shop online and cheaper too. That being said I came to this store looking for toys I wanted to touch and feel. I wanted something durable for my grand daughter. There prices are ridiculous. They have a serious markup on prices compared to target or Wal-Mart. Expect a 20 to 50 percent price difference on the exact same toys. My complaint on the other hand is the lack of assistance they dont offer. I had to wait 30 minutes to get someone to verify a price on a sale item. A sale item that wasnt on sale even though it had a sign on it. Their customer service is Horrible. Will not be going back there. My suggestion would be to shop online. Youll get better service than talking to a body at toys r us. PS. I love the fake blank reviews with 5 starts but no comment to keep the low rating from getting to low. Obviously from management at that store, pathetic

Kris Bryja - I think thats his name. A very courteous young man who helped throughout our shopping with my great niece "Gabby" pick her first car " Minnie " Kris have perfect customer service and rare to encounter in sales. Im a medical professional with great customer services I think but this young man was perfect, you beat me Kris! . Ill give five star to this store for this great young man. When my niece and nephew in law picked up my great niece toy car, Kris was still very helpful they said as I was not present during pick up. Congratulations Kris, bright future awaits you, youre a perfect pride of that store above and beyond!!! See you at ECC. Keep it up Kris! Yeoj Zednanreh

My mother and I just went in yesterday to purchase some birthday gifts for my daughter. There was a young man name Kris bryja ( I only know his last name because I specifically asked him to write this review) he was so extremely helpful and very nice. He offered to carry all the heavy items to the car ( car seat and new bike ) and he even came outside and helped make it fit so we didnt have to make a second trip. He was very patient with us and my 2 year old even though she was terrorizing the store. Lol Thank you to this young man for making our experience easy.

I went here on Thursday thansgiving 2015 for there opening @ 5 p.m.. I was there at 1:30! p.m I was first in line to get in an when i got in the item i went there for was not on shelf!! I ask for help they scanned the code for my item an tell me there completly out of stock! I was sooo frustrated with this news i waited so long to be told they were completely out when i was first to come in I dont get that at all!!! Very unhappy left empty handed! Will never ever go to this location again !!

I love toys r us/babies r us, been shopping here since i had my first kid. This store however, has one lady that HATES her job! Her life! Humanity! The world! She always has an attitude, always makes it mission impossible to solve a simple problem one could have, and to top it off shes on the customer service desk! Like, dont these managers see her attitude? She needs to be in a different department, or the back, but definitely not dealing with people.

My wife was picking up a order she placed online. when she arrived a young man came to help her, asked "what do you want" she said to pick up an order, he went and retrieved it, then said "show me your license" no please, no manners at all. Very rude from the beginning to the end. canceling the other online orders and will purchase elsewhere moving forward.

Huge lines and cashier was unsure how to use gift cards, and how to use reward r us coupons. I understand people are new but they gave no one to help her out and guide her. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come help. Saw so many associates just standing on aisles gabbing with each other. But they do have great toy selections.

this location is very bad. Had a situation where i needed a manager to call me back and that never happened. Called corpoarte to be given a case number and nobody ever called me either. Over priced toys. Stuff all in the wrong spots, stuff priced wrong. Only one cashier and shes horrible and rude and goes very slow.

The workers are very rude and disrespectful... I asked for help and the guy who "helped" me literally laughed at me because I told him that the sign had a different price than the price he gave me.. They should be more responsible on how they mark the prices or at least on how they stock the merchandise

Checked in to pickup a order. I asked customer service where to get the order, they told me to go wait in the back that it would be right out and I waited 20 min. Only to find out it was in customer service they had taken it up there.

This is a toys r us combined with a babies r us. Its a little cramped but they have a decent selection for cramping two stores into one. The staff had always been friendly and I frequent this location.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Standing at there service desk for 10 min and 3 staff members with there back to me talking to each other. Did not even acknowledge that I was there. So I left.

Supervisor that so called "ELDON" was very rude, he disrespects customers, dishonor advertised price!!!. Increase the price and said Now is on sale (for the same retail price as on target and walmart).

This has to be one of the worst Toys R Us stores. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you try to return something here, best of luck. I waited for an hour to be treated horrifically.

The workers there are a little mean, but still helpful, the only thing I do hate about Toy r us, is there prices are very high literally up to $30 the pends on what you buy.
