This is large store with a huge selection so I have always found what I needed on multiple occasions. Most the staff has been helpful when I need assistance. The thing that keeps it from a 5 star is the price match policy. They claim to price match but then tell you that the place you are price matching has to have the item in stock locally. This is a crazy policy! It seems to me like it is not good customer service when a customer has an ad that shows a price of an item at a competitor. Then Toys "R" Us wants the customer to verify the inventory of the item they are price matching at another location.

Bought expired baby formula from this store. It was 2 weeks expired at the time of purchase. When I went back to the store and asked if they check the use by dates, the cashier told me "We usually do, but we are short handed". Then the manager claimed that the formula is good for a month past its use by date..which is absolutely false. Clearly no one has a clue what is going on at this store. I Will be making purchases online rather than dealing with the clowns at this store in the future.

A cashier charged me $700 dollars for a (6 ct) of pediasure that only cost $10.99. I asked her to call her manager and she refused to. So I just ended up paying for a baby soap, haves her a $20 dollar bill and haves me my change and the 20 dollars. The girl was in some type of drug or she was just stupid. Please dont hire young unprofessional kids who are in drugs or make them get a drug test before.

Extremely poor customer service. No one was available in the stroller department for over 20 minutes. Once someone came over they were rather short and unhelpful. We needed to wait another 20 minutes just to get answers that we needed and had to leave and visit another location to find what we needed and purchase out item. Management would not respond when requested except by radio.

Lots of options. We were looking for something specific and spoke with an employee on the floor. He had no idea where anything was, seemed distracted, and everything we asked him he said to go to customer service. But its a toy store, what can you expect?

Overpriced. I can find everything here cheaper at competitors. They do carry a bigger selection then most stores. I usually just browse the aisles for ideas and make purchases for the items I want on my phone through Amazon.

This store is awesome and is maintained properly. BUT, The staff was somewhat rude like when we were getting a Zelda backpack, the manager said sarcastically "We dont have that". Can someone please show respect?

This place sure gets busy during the holidays! Lots of toys but not that much educational toys are offered. Mostly stuffed toys, action figures, dolls, Legos... The typical stuff.
