I just want to share my experience at a Toys R Us store yesterday. The location of this store is close to Winchester and HW 385 in Memphis Tn 38125 and the store number is 6756 from my receipt. I did not get the name of the Caucasian gentleman who was the cashier for my purchase. I wish I had.. On my receipt, the employee number showed 1943963. I understand working can be frustrating at times.. but it is not fair to be treated like I did as a customer yesterday. It was fine to get no greeting from the gentleman but when I told him the price of the formula (correct price $9.99; at register $12.99) ran up incorrectly; he showed the annoyance and disbelieve. He asked an associate to check the price and I walked with her to show the formula area. Enfamil Prosobee 8 oz bottle 6 pk, regular price $9.99. After he adjusted the price, I said "Thank you". He didnt look at my nor said a word to me. The gentleman clearly didnt think this extra step also took extra time of my shopping time at the store. Its fine to not acknowledge the customer deserves an apology but you can at least reply a word like "sure" or "you welcome" as a courtesy of a normal human being. No, I would never step in to that store again.

I have been on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to pick up... I am still on hold... Still on Hold......11 minutes now! Still on hold, this is crazy. All I want to do is complete my Amiibo collection and many toysrus stores have received shipments today of the Ammibo I am missing. This particular store is 35-40 minutes from my work and I am willing to go on my lunch break...but not if no one will pick up the phone and let me know if the Pit Amiibo is in stock! I am waiting for a program to finish at work, it is rendering a project and taking longer than it should, so I have my phone sitting on my desk...ringing...and ringing...and ringing... Almost at 20 minutes of hold time and my project is done and I need to get on with my work day. This was terribly frustrating. Thanks for wasting my time toysrus!

I visited the store today and was pleased by the store and extremely helpful stock workers, Joshua took the time to share his knowledge I purchased All 5 Voltron Legendary Lions, The experience as well as the products were fantastic. Definitely will be a regular purchaser as a collector I mostly shop online but the experience was great, your prices are better and the wait for a product is at my leisure.

I would like to sincerely thank Rockell (not sure of the spelling),I was desperately trying to find 2 specific toys that my twin granddaughters wanted for their bday,that was the next day(that Walmart messed me out of),she went above and beyond and I truly appreciate it! Excellent customer service!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Tried to buy a car seat and was told to go to the front of the store, then the back, then the registry area, then back to the front, then back to registry area.. Im sure you get the point. After all that I was told they were out of stock.
