Three words...pathetic customer service... My wife and I, we are appalled that employees like Crystal who lack basic customer service skills are allowed to run the store.. Long story short... 1. Crystal was clearly not aware of the stores policy on clearance items. She refused to sell a clearance piece. However, her manager quickly overturned her decision. 2. After the manager left, she commented that "I dont have the time to take this apart"; also, refused her store employees to help dismantle a plug and play crib. I dont think its too much to expect to walk out of the store with everything in an original box and not carry pieces around. This by far has been the WORST experience in any store in all the countries my wife & I, have visited. If I owned this store, I would seriously be concerned about the service.

Charged me the wrong price, when I went back to show them. They didnt treat me right. I ended taking the picture of price tag from the store and showed it for refund.

They have a good selection of toys and baby items. The prices can be a little high. The parking lot is set up weird and the store is definitely older.

Similar to other locations: Good selection of toys, but prices can be a bit high sometimes and many times theres quite a line to check out.

I think the place is okay for toys you need for your kids. I found stuff expensive than other stores though.
