If I could give this "0" stars i would. I did some Christmas shopping here for my son last night, and my mother came along as well. There was a shelf of Star Wars light sabers marked with clearance stickers on the shelf. I decided to get one. We brought all of our items to the front of the store and waited to check out. My mother checked out first and when she received her receipt she was only given a gift receipt, not an itemized receipt. She asked the cashier if she could get an itemized receipt and the the cashier rudely responded with "thats all you get" and dismissed her. I was shocked! I knew that with this cashiers attitude this visit was not going to end well. The cashier rang me up and the light saber that was on the clearance shelf did not ring up as if it was on sale. I asked the cashier and she said it showed that it was on sale on her end and to go ahead and swipe my card. Hesitantly I did, and i asked her for my itemized receipt and she gave me one, which did not reflect any sale price (my mother wound up getting her receipt with the help of another associate). I asked her and she had someone check who first told her the item was on sale for $20 (item is regularly $50). She told him to check again and I went back to the shelf where the other associate was and he told her over the walkie-talkie that all the items were in the wrong place. Its not my fault that the item I wanted to buy was stocked in the wrong place. When I went back up to the front the cashier rudely asked me what I was doing. I wanted to know why she told me she could see it was on sale when it wasnt and why I couldnt get it for the price she saw it on sale for. After her raising her voice at me I decided to return it. Ive never in my life had a sales associate be as rude to me as this woman was to me on this occasion, and Ive certainly never had an associate raise their voice at me. I wish I knew her name but she was the only associate not wearing the mandatory name tag. This person is an embarrassment to the company and I am making sure to tell all my family and friends not to shop there. Emailing corporate next.

We love going here for specialty toys and games. If we have any questions, the employees will do everything they can to help us, even if they have to go Google it. We appreciate them going out of their way to make sure we get what we need. If they dont have it, they order it to the store free shipping or right to our home, sometimes with free shipping also. We preorder new videogames here and this is where we get our bikes and big toys for the kids. They bring large items to your car for you, making the process so much smoother.

Service was absolutely terrible. Was told to drive around back to back of store to pick up bike.....after calling store multiple times and no one answering my wife walked to front to tell someone and in mean time a guy opened back door and disappeared. Another 5 minutes goes by so I walk into back of store and to my surprise no one is looking for the bicycle I purchased. The girl who Checked me out never told anyone to bring bicycle to back of store.....

Cashier very kind the manager on duty on the other hand sunday 7/9/17 at 2:30 pm was very rude and cut me off as I was explaining a price difference turned away and went on to do something else therefore I will not be making any purchases at Toys R Us on Airport Road

I just called to speak with a hiring manager and someone named Tracey answered and was very rude it took her 5 minutes to answer the phone and she hung up in my face! Im interested in employee with the company but not if I have to deal with rude people like that
