I have been coming here for years but this last year when I came Christmas shopping I will never come back there was a couple getting it on in the back behind the power toys and also they had thug Ghetto music so loud to cover up the noise you could here it extremely loud throughout the entire store then I waited through a line to check out only to get asked to go get checked out by a police officer extremely weird right well it gets worse I waited in line over an hour at this officer only to get asked to go talk to the person I originally talked to I was in here since 11 oclock until like 2 and I will never spend money with toys are us they are

An employee named "Rever" works here and is extremely rude. She was rude to both my child and myself. Was not helpful whatsoever and when I asked her a question she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. Heard her be rude to the people in front of us, as well. Do not usually leave reviews but I felt like I had to this time. Have shopped here countless times in the past and have always gotten great customer service. Big disappointment. Dont work in customer service (especially a childrens toy store) if youre mad at the world and are going to be rude to every person in sight. Will not be returning to this Toys R Us.

Pro: One of the few toys "r" us locations that still has the retro rainbow facade. Makes me feel young again. <3 Pretty good selection when it comes to Lego. Con: priced a bit higher than other shops. If youre looking for bargins, this is not your place.

The cashier greeted me as I walked in the door. I was asked if I needed help, and was assisted. The only issue I have is its location. I wish we could get another Toys R Us in another location, like Clinton...

The parking lot is always guarded. This is the place for bday party gifts & gaming supplies.
