My family goes here often. There are times that we are here multiple times in a week. Lately though, we have run into some problems. We have had employees ignore us after waiting in the checkout line for around ten minutes , price tags showing prices for items that are on sale that the cashier doesnt want to honor, their items are often way over priced, expired sales tags hanging up that cashiers dont want to honor, and I could go on and on with things. Unfortunately, after 27 years of going to here, I think we will done. Amazon, you are going to be our sole new toy store!

With Amazon, we dont go to toys r us often. But this one is so friendly and helpful. We went around Christmas to look at bikes and a gentleman with a heavy accent in the bike section finally got our four year old to peddle a bike. He was awesome. This last visit, we went to try to find the Tesla matchbox cars. We found the model S and model X, but we couldnt find (nor did we know if it existed) the Model 3. An employee took the time to look through the cars, then got online to see if they had it. Thanks for having great employees. You dont get that shopping online.

Horrible customer service. Went to have them price match an item we bought about 3 days ago with the sale price they just had. We used a $5 reward certificate on the original purchase and it turns out you dont get that $5 back, so the price match ended up saving us minimal money, if we would have bought the diaper bag 3 days later we could have used our $5 rewards and gotten the sale price. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wont shop here again, and wont recommend this store to ANYBODY. Prices are all inflated, for poor service, save your time and shop on Amazon.

They continue to advertise toys that they do not have in store, or on line. This time of year (Dec) my boys circle items they wish "Santa" would bring them. They have advertised the same item every week with 20% off, the only problem is that the clerk at the store has told me at most they have had 4 of the item within the last month and a half. The item can not be purchased on line either. I think they are advertising these hard to find items only to draw people into the store knowing that they do not have the item available.

I ordered several of my sons Christmas presents from their website. The first shipment came missing items and one they did remember to send was damaged. They reshipped out my missing and damaged items only for one of them to come in damaged again. The box they sent it in was literally too small to fit my packaged toy, so they crumbled it down to make it fit. Im sorry, but thats just ridiculous. Im not sure how they expect me to wrap this crumbled box, but they probably dont care. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

Store is unorganized, the lines are too long and no one seems to care. You wait in line to think your getting a deal on an advertised toy only to find out it has to be a certain color. Im like really! Its the exact toy and to get the sale it has to be blue and they advertise sales and the register brings the original price and the manager has to override it so Im waiting like 10 more minutes for a Nasty attitude manager to fix a price that clearly says something. # go to Walmart or target

Use to be my favorite store. They never answer the phone. I remember standing in line at the customer service desk not even 2 weeks ago ago and called the store while in line to prove to the fellow customer behind me that they will never answer the phone. The associate stood there and typed on the computer and chatted with another associate and completely ignored the phones. Just stop coming. Poor customer service.

Went to pick up an online order. It took over 20mins for them to find keys to a cart that they didnt need after I already walked around the store for 20mins waiting. After being handed the bag there were things missing(that was at least another 20min ordeal) mind you this was when they first opened in the morning and I was the only customer.

Great selection of toys. I bought my kid a trike from here and loved it. Ive always loved Toys R Us as a kid and this place brings back memories every time I walk through their doors. The employees are always so nice and smile, like they actually enjoy their jobs. Also wanted to mention that the kids workbook section is great too.

Clean, most staff is friendly, great deals, they do participate in Toys R Us events. Took my 5 year old to the shopkins Swapkins event. She had a blast. A variety deal on plenty of toys that were buy one get second 50 or 40% off.
