Bought $385.00 worth of Lego product only to be told they were completely out of the advertised promotional item that was supposed to be given free with a $35.00 order. They didnt even offer any other options. I have purchase my son thousands of dollars worth of Legos over the last 7 years. I have bought products from the Millenium Falcon to the Death Star. I was very disappointed with the layed back way the staff approached the fact that they had no more promotional product. If you advertise it you need to have it. I drove 80 minutes round trip to purchase product that conincided with this promotion (free Captain America motorcycle). This is one brick (pardon the pun) and mortar store I will not frequent again.

Great place, selling a great product! The staff is very friendly, if a bit over attentive, but great service all around. They monthly free build is great, and everyone is willing to help with any build instructions a kid may have. They also handle returns amazingly. I saw somebody come in and say their kit was missing a piece, and the salesman went to the back, found the piece they needed, and gave it to them no questions asked. Service that you will not find other places anymore.

Recently we had a bad experience at this store, but the manager Thomas, went above and beyond to make sure that we would come back since, even though you can buy Lego sets anywhere, his dedication to customer service showed why the Lego store IS the place where the kid (4-40+) can just have fun and explore their imagination. I will definitely be back to shop here.

The Lego store in the Des Peres mall is a wonderful place for my son. He loves basically sl Legos but especially the Star Wars sets, and there are plenty of affordable sets there to choose from. As a mother, I rate it 5/5 stars.
