Human Resources manager Michelle at this Toys R Us may be responsible for one of the most dehumanizing experiences as a customer Ive ever had. Besides being on her personal cell phone while trying to help me at the customer service desk, she was just rude. Unapologetically rude. Its like she didnt want to be there. I had a question about a product and she didnt feel like taking the time to actually help me. She half-heartedly searched in the stores POS for a product SKU (they had two of what I was looking for according to their inventory), but she refused to call anyone to help me find it. "If its not on the floor Sir we dont have it." Actually, they did. The product just released today, the store had two of the item, and I was the first person through the doors when you opened. Any decent customer service employee would have taken the time to help or look for an answer instead of feigning to do the job. I was written off as no more than a bother to Michelle and left empty-handed, despite the item being in her store, because she didnt care enough to do her job thoroughly. I mentioned that I had worked for many years for TRU and surely they were aware that they had a store-exclusive item releasing today. She scoffed as if she didnt believe me and incredulously said, "Well maybe thats how they do things at the TRU where youre from, but not here." This woman should not be working for the company.

Service is a rarity from employees if you have any questions, running a very tight race with Walmart on having only three cash registers open when it is packed, prices are usually astronomically high on no name brand toys, the kids clothing section is filled with mostly empty racks that are never restocked, their Power Wheels isle looks like a death trap waiting to happen with Power Wheels and boxes strewn about as if it was going to be on an espisode of Ninja Warrior. Last two trips were hell just to aquire the items I was looking for and checking out after waiting in a line that was barely moving while the cashier checked each individual out in between her texting and drinking Pepsi. Sure hope things improve soon for this place.

For a toy store the staff usually has no knowledge of brands, trends, or even stock dates/times. In fact there is barely any staff with only 1-2 registers ever open and seemingly no one on the floor to help. "We/I dont know." is the only answer Ive ever gotten from the staff here. They rarely stock new items unless theyre movie related. I still see things in there from 2-3 years ago. Calling the place is pointless because they literally never answer the phone. It amazes me Ive never had someone answer the phone when Ive called this place. Mostly everything is overpriced and even the years old items are never put on clearance and just sit there at regular price.

Not a bad store. The associates are nice, when theyre paying attention. Needs to be more cashiers. Have not been yet where there wasnt a line forming and a cashier asking for help and not getting any. Other than that, the store is kept clean and they have a ton of stuff. Real easy to work with on coupons and price matching too.

I wouldve given 5 stars but there never seems to be employees around when I have questions. The store is pretty clean. They also hardly never have more than one cashier. Which is annoying when youre in a hurry. But I do often find what Im looking for & the prices are reasonable with most things Im there to buy.

Do not shop at this store there is a ring of car break ins and they trys to do nothing to help and the claim that their cameras only work on the inside of the store and not the cameras on the outside of the buildings. There is no protection for customers!!!

Love this place can always find something no matter the occasion, boy or girl, or age every time I enter this store I spend at the least and hour. Amazing store great employees they bend over backwards to satisfy their customers.

Hands down one of the greatest selections of toys and baby items under 1 roof, however, for working around kids all day, the employees are kind of rude. Parents, get ready to spend some money!

Very large selection. We got our glider/recliner from here and use it everyday. Cant see myself rocking and gliding in any other chair. Matches the nursery for our newborn perfectly.

Whats not to like about a huge toy store? Selection is awesome and the store is big. Their electronics leave a little bit to be desired but overall a great store with a good staff.

Toys R Us is one of the only local stores that I know of that sells products of Neca. Im a collector of certain figures and this is my main go to if not online shopping.
