The selection is slim to nill. Whenever I go to the physical store, they hardly ever have the toy Im searching for in stock. And the babiesrus is a joke. They only have a selection for infants, toddlers selection is almost non existant. The associate said they hardly ever get a truck for clothing, so for months i had to come back to the store to see if they got an outfit in the size i was seeking in, and they never did. The shelves go almost completely bare before they ever receive any new items. I seen they carried Nikes and Skechers, bought my son and daughter both a pair of Nikes, came back 5 months later to pick up a new pair for them, and they had the same exact selection as they did 5 months prior with only a few sizes available. I asked the associate when they would be getting more in and she said "who knows! They hardly ever send us anything on the truck." Its a waste of time to go there. U can literally go to any other store and get more of a selection on all items, minus carseats. They do have PLENTY of those on display.

This shop is OK. We first ran into an issue where no one want to help an associate find an item, and then we were under the impression there was only one checkout open, as two others lights were not on, and the associates were playing on their cell phones.

Staff was rude. The staff of the customer service had horrible attitude toward my mom and I. Staff was talking about my mom right in front of her. Just a not a good staff at that store.

Very disappointed in the way some of the workers treat their coworkers. I only put the star to comment but you deserve none for that. Unacceptable.

The place is too small and the selection there is at best fair. You can order online and get more variety than going to the physical store.

The cashiers were rude, and knew nothing of customer service. The manager was the same. Similar to shopping at most Wal Marts.
