I went recently with my significant other and our mutual friend (both men) to look around. Both my partner and I have never been to any Lush store, but I have heard so much about the lovely products and was excited to see what they had to offer. We were all greeted as soon as we walked in with the attendant telling us about their new hair products offered, including their new solid shampoo. I was eager to see-- Not only is my hair thick, its almost a yard long. To my disappointment, the woman only talked to my companions, demonstrating the bar used to tame flyaways, offering her hand to each of them in turn to smell it. She did not look at me or let me smell it. Initially so excited, I decided not to even bother, considering I was apparently invisible. The attendants were cordial and helpful to my companions, but did not pay much mind to me at all (considering how much hair I have, I thought I wouldve been seen as an easy sell).

First time visiting luch. Lisa, from orland store was very helpful with all my needs. I have dry skin and lots of questions and she never seemed annoyed. Everthing she recommend for my body, face and lips, she was dead on. Used all products later that day and the fragrance lasted, body and face felt smooth. They have a loyal customer.

Products are amazing! They have really good bath bombs but the staff is good but I wish some of them actually knew some of the bath bombs before recommending them or when customers ask about them.
