On Monday we spent the day shopping with our two grand daughters at Brookfield Square - we also picked up some cosmetics for my daughter. Just before leaving we sat in the Food Court and had a treat. We happened to place our grand daughters charm bracelets in the Merle Norman bag so they wouldnt get mixed in with all the clothes we bought. We left that bag behind when we left - we were sick. Before we even got home some Good Samaritan walked that bag all the way back to Merle Norman and then Katy at Merle Norman went out of her way to figure out who the bag belonged to and then called my daughter. Everything was still intact and we retrieved the bag today. Words can not adequately thank Katy and I sure wish we knew who went out of their way to return that bag - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!! Hope Good Karma catches up with you some day...you both deserve it.

I called and made an appointment for 1:30 pm. Laura and I were rudely interrupted by another customer during my appointment. Laura should have explained to the customer that I had an appointment and she would help her shortly. Instead Laura left me sitting there and waited on the other customer. I waited for a long time, then I got up and left. I was stunned when Laura called me an hour later to slap me on the wrist saying she couldnt control how many people come in at any given time, etc., etc., etc. I agree. She could not, but she could have properly managed the situation by advising the other customer of my appointment and she would be with her soon. Had Laura not called me to chastize me, I might have dismissed it as typical rudeness by both of them, but after Lauras phone call, I will never purchase MN products.

Renee and Erin traveled to Hartland, WI to do my and my bridesmaids and readers makeup for my 12/19/15 wedding at Rustic Manor 1848. She was recommended to me by the venue owners and I could not have made a better decision in going with her! She was an absolute pleasure to work with - on the big day and also during my trials. When I was stressed out and unsure exactly what I wanted during the trials, she was super nice and helpful, patiently redoing certain aspects of my look until I was perfectly happy. On the day of, her and Erin managed to fit in at least two extra people at the last minute, still finishing ahead of schedule. Not only was I thrilled with my makeup, but so was everyone else - thats why we had last-minute additions! I would definitely recommend her!

Ive been going here for about 2 yrs. The staff is great & creative! I love when Erin has a new suggestion for hair color. They products are second to none. She suggested the renew serum for a problem area that Id had on my chin for years. I used it in the AM/PM and it cleared up with in a week. I was amazed! Ive continued with it and the issues havent come back. I will continue with them and would refer them to anyone looking for a quality consults on hair styles, colors & products!
