Wow. I cant say enough good things about Benefit. To start with the SPRAY TAN IS AMAZZZZING! I have done it twice and now am going today again. It looks really natural and was easy to maintain/care for. It is worth the $40. I had so many people compliment my tan and also ask me where I went on vacation! The girls there are so nice/accomidating when youa rrive for your apt. You can wash your makeup off in the bathroom, and then they give you a pre-spray tan "face cocktail" and apply lotion/bronizing powder/skin highlighters. Then, when you do the tan, you are essentially nude (have disposable panties), but Kim was super professional and never made me feel awkward. Highlllly recomend the tan, especially if you are going to be in a wedding or something. Just call to book your apt like at least a week in advance bc they are usually limited in terms of apt times. Enjoy your tan!!

Just had my brows done there, having heard great things and having certain expectations. Left in horror! One eyebrow is visibly thinner than the other, such that I had to work on the thick one at home to make it relatively even. The lady did not spend much time (about 10 min. in total, most of which was just waxing and no shaping whatsoever, the first time I come across such a shortcut, lazy technique) and did not care to listen to my complaint in the end, I just gave up and left before she would further ruin my eyebrows. 21 dollars for an absolutely disappointing experience and result. I know this place is popular, but they just lost a customer. Not going back!

I have visited this place several times over the past few years. Some times the service is good and sometimes it is not. Dont dare be late for an appointment. I was 5 mins late on my wedding date, and the eyebrow technician was very rude. I get it, however Im still a customer, who spends on average $100 bucks when I visit. I have since gone back and recently had a great experience with the makeup artist. Wish you could feel comfortable shopping there, now it is like a salon, everyone is booked and the product is placed strangely in the store. You dont feel comfortable browsing.
