The manager with the blonde hair that always wearing a dark lipstick is really rude its not Danielle its the other one. You can tell from what I have seen with this manager she doesnt train the employees right considering when I went in to buy my wifes gift one of the new girls asked her what she can do and the lady told her work in the register she went over the deals and the girl asked her a question and she said "you should know that by now" one of the other girls told her its only her second day on the register. If you ever experience a problem at the register its because these girls are poorly trained. They just throw them out there and expect them to remember the next day step by step! The only manager I like is Daniele, and Pam Stacy is nice however shes not around a lot Im always there shopping for my wife and daughters for gifts theyre great help however this manager Im talking about specifically is rude and snobby you can tell how she treats her employees and you can tell the way the employees look at her they dont feel comfortable with her being around.I asked her for help and instead of helping me she had one of the employees get me the shampoo I was looking for, when I went to her for a specific reason. She wasnt doing anything but gossiping with a girl whos name tag read amber she had long black hair about another co worker. It gets worse! So I go to the register.there is a long line but Im second in line, a lady with a bad leg is infront of me. The lady waits for one of the cashiers to call "next guest" how they always say and trys to go up but considering her leg is messed up its a struggle. The cashier calling the lady was amber who Im guessing is a main cashier because she was helping another girl with something as well, amber screams out "whoever wants to be cashed out I can take the next guest, if not step out of the line" being that she said this and it was already Black Friday (morning hours) everyone cut the lady whose leg was shaking and it caused the whole line to be chaotic. When this happened amber then yelled out for people to form the line the way she wanted when shes the one who caused it to be this way and I had to help the lady up to a cashier so they can cash her out. The poor woman looked over whelmed she looked helpless but the lady was carrying 200 dollars worth of makeup as I over heard the total being that I was at the register next to her. With my little luck at this store I got one of the new girls she was really sweet you could tell she was kinda over whelmed because when she asked for help she had to wait until everyone was done assisting customers she asked amber next to her and amber didnt really give her the time of day she kept taking customer after customer and called for a manager when the manager with blonde hair came that I told you about earlier she scolded her and while scolding her started pressuring her into making more sales with the rewards cards. I realized I said no at first to the poor girl and she really tried but due to the poor higher staff I wanted to get the hell out of there! :so feeling bad for the girl I signed up and made a comment to the manager saying the girl did a great job! But being that I gave the girl a compliment she still kept saying sorry about that trying so hard to make the girl feel bad instead of uplifting her. I spent 183 dollars in this store only because my wife and daughters are into this kind of thing but if I hadnt went through all this trouble I wouldve walked out and went to another ulta or even sephora. My daughter was thinking about applying here and I told her no I wouldnt want her to have managers like this! She wouldnt be happy she wouldnt be uplifted and she wouldnt be trained well so she wouldnt feel comfortable in her ability at that job. A great worker has confidence and managers are supposed to build that being that I own a company. Ulta can go downhill very fast because of these managers. But this store was a shame and Ill never spend a dollar in this store again!

Ive been to this location a few times and mostly Ive run into horrible staff members. The first occasion that kinda made me dislike this location was when I made a purchase and my cashier (unfortunately I dont have her name bc I lost my receipt) was just very off Standish, like ringing me up was a chore. Ive worked in customer service for so many years, you couldve at least made some type of eye contact with me. My second visit was to return a gift I had bought for someone because I had decided they would like something else better. I didnt have my receipt but I knew that using my member rewards card they would be able to look it up. So Amber looked it up for me no problem. Same thing. No eye contact just going through the motions. What I really didnt like is that instead of returning my money she gave me store credit when the back of the receipt clearly states you dont need a receipt if it can be looked up and my friend who works for Ulta had told me the same. It just seems dumb that now I have money on a card that I HAVE to use at ulta because she wasnt aware of store policy. Thats literally on the back of the receipt. If it wasnt for the Christmas rush I would have gone back to complain. I dont think Ill be visiting this location any longer. But I do want to say thank you to my very last cashier Cecilia who rang me out when buying my brother a pair of hair/beard clippers. She was very sweet and she was patient with me when I forgot to use my coupon. I told her it was fine but she insisted I use it. At least they have one good person working there !

I had an appointment with another Ulta, and I canceled it because I like the people here more. This is the only place where they didnt mess up my hair! I love the salon because theyre so edgey and awesome. I have black hair and I was going blond, and the salon did it without killing my hair! If you ever need hair done, I recommend Jesus, and if you need any exfoliation done, Amanda is the professional! I was skeptical about the mixed reviews on here, but the team wasnt rude to me when I started going there. It was my first time at this location, and many people just checked up on me, which I dont mind. However, given the clientele they receive, some of the customers were rude to the workers there to begin with. Lets just say, if you dont want to listen to advice, dont ask for them!! If you want to go with a different brand that doesnt match your skin, dont get mad when a worker tells you otherwise! Overall, I travel out of my way to this Ulta now because I simply want to.
