If I could post no stars I would. I came in for a balayage touch up, I figured Ulta would be a safe place since Ive gone to them off and on for the last 14 years. The salon is filthy, you cant even tell people actually work there. The lady just plopped bleach ALL OVER my head 1 inch from my roots. She clearly had no idea and I could tell but it was too late. She didnt leave the toner on just rubbed it through then rinsed. Rough on my hair the whole time to the point I thought she was tearing it out. My hairs outcome was 1 inch of black root then the rest 3 shades of yellow and orange. I was mortified I paid and ran out in a panic. $147 dollars spent only to have an emergency appointment at Ulta in Kenosha Wisconsin 72 miles from my house to fix it with an old stylist of mine. Another $207 dollars for corrective coloring and $50 dollar tip and its finally what I wanted!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!!

Usually, I have good experiences here, but most recently, Ive been disappointed. The staff here is extremely rude and will ignore you if you have any questions. More specifically, I had an awful experience during my visit the other day. The manager and at least three other employees followed me around the store the whole time, suspecting me of shoplifting simply because of how I am on the younger side and was holding expensive products. The staff was being unusually helpful in order to "keep an eye on me" as well, and were not even discreet about alerting each other of my presence. Not only this, but the location is filthy and out of most products. I wont be coming back.

HORRIBLE I was called in for an interview hired on the spot was told I was going to get a call to discuss pay never did I called asked and said she was going to call me back for oriantation NEVER got a call Ive called over 5x leaving messages never got a call back very unprofessional this store is going to go down hill very rude will never step foot back in to this hell hole

There used to be a really lovely girl that worked here she was very sweet and helped me a lot I havent seen her the past few times I visited probably because she couldnt deal with the attitudes from the other employees there. Very rude and walked away from me when I asked for help turned a long time Ulta customer into a Sephora one.

Worst Ulta in the US rude, no help to be found, employees doing their makeup playing in products (I.e. Jessica). Socializing with other co workers. Even saw of the other coworkers being disrespectful to someone who was trying to help me by telling her go to the cash register, while I was left stranded AGAIN

Out of all the Ultas I have been to I find this one to be the least friendly and helpful. I almost felt like the one employee was avoiding me asking a question. Other experiences with Ulta are usually very positive, I think I will continue to visit the Harlem Irving location instead.

Amazing. Staff is super friendly and helpful! Today was my first time getting my hair cut here and it was perfect. If you ever need a haircut as for jackleen, she was perfect, and super sweet! She took her time on my hair and actually paid attention to what I wanted.

Even though this is a big box store, their makeup assistance was pretty good and they were able to keep things sucked and not too picked over given that its the holidays
