I gotta be honest This Sephora is not the best its alright kinda small i was excited to see it open the one downtown is bigger as i look around i notice some of the makeup..etc is gone people already started stealing out of the store its kinda empty when u first walk in they don`t say hi welcome or anything it was my first time shopping at Sephora i go straight to the makeup forever products and start to pick out my skin color (powder and concealer) thats all i wear a worker aka makeup advisor come up to me and try to talk me out of my skin color but deep down in my heart i knew i had the right one in my skin tone she lied to me and kept telling me to buy the next to dark one BTW i`m a brown skin tone woman NOT dark skin also continue to test it out on my skin even took me over to the skincare products which was weird u may ask why didn`t i speak up? because i trusted her since she was working in a makeup store so i bought it thinking she was right so the light in the store is different from my house light the next morning i started to apply the makeup in my mirror early morning it was way to very dark and not matching my neck i was mad like wtf had to wash it off so i go back in the store to get the money back or to replace the color concealer its sold out and now i gotta go back again to replace the powder to because its gives off a red and dark tone This Sephora just RUIN my whole shopping experience the costumer service is not the best smh thats one reason why i just stay buying covergirl and drugstore makeup simple and easy i don`t like to waste my money because makeup is not cheap or have time to keep running up to the damn store i`m pissed off its crazy

Personally I dont understand what all the bad reviews about customer service are for I know that this is a new store for the mall so maybe they were just getting "new staff kinks out" First time I went I was helped right away and I felt the service there was amazing. I had come in with bad expectations and the staff showed me otherwise. They really pay attention to your needs and when theyre consulting with you they make you feel heard. Adriana was very friendly and you could tell she loves working there. I love that she takes the time to remember your name if you return Second time I came back was on a Thursday during peak hours so they were a little busy but more staff showed up. Came in for a mini makeover and I love about Sephoras brand is how you come in for a small thing and leave with a wealth of knowledge. Taraya only works Thursdays but you can tell she has passion for what she does. Ill definitely be returning hopefully after work on Thursdays . As someone who loves makeup, overall this store to me is a hidden gem in the area. Im glad it opened because it makes premium makeup products more accessible to me with great staff all around.

when I when Ialmost everything was out of stock and it was a bit messy but I understand that maybe because of the VIB people when crazy. but I when to try some new brush for my collection I did not go for makeup .so got my barememinerals and Sephora brushes so pleased

The store is great, I usually find what I need but the staff has been horrible the 4 times I have been there. So rude at check out and I never get help when I ask. All other stores are amazing at customer service, this one is not at all.

Theyre always out of stock of many items! Then whats the point of having that store open if they dont have the products! Plus, the service is not the best, I was expecting more from this store. Ulta is the place to go!
