First off let me say that the manager ally was great when I complained about my service . Second I want to say that everyone I came in contact with was really nice and sweet! Now , when it comes to the outcome of my hair ...its was not $30+ worth . I have been to great clips and they could have given me what I got for three times cheaper . The hair stylist who shampooed,cut, and styles my hair was AJ . Im not sure if she is new but I kind of got that vibe . She spent an hour on my hair...which dont get me wrong , in most cases is a good thing but I wasnt asking for a lot . I have a pixie cut and asked for a tapered back and a shaved under cut in the sides . I also showed her a pixie cut on Pinterest that I wanted . In the picture the bangs where at the chin level and it wasnt that short on the other side . However leaving Ulta , my bangs where above my ear on both sides and most of my side was shaved down to the skin ! All I can say is ask for something simple or dont go here ... at least for hair cut !

When shopping at Ulta in the clearance section I came across some items that were being sold for 1 cents each. When I was ready to check out the employee at the front went and grabbed the manager who told me that she wouldnt allow me to buy any of those items and that corporate sent out an email about those products. 1- If you received an email from corporate then WHY WAIT until someone is going to purchase those items to pull them from the shelf. I NEVER write reviews but that was absolutely crazy and I will never step foot in a Ulta Beauty store ever again. The manager didnt even say sorry. Like as if I marked down the items myself. Tip to manager: Learn how to run your store better!

I recently made a trip to the Ulta salon for accent highlights. The stylist ruined my hair! I was very clear on what I wanted and what I did NOT want. I also showed a picture so I dont understand why I had orange highlights all over my head (exactly what I told her I didnt want) i was so upset and angry. I got a discount and was asked to go again to get it fixed but no thank you! I will be going elsewhere and it was clearly a mistake to come here because it is obvious the stylist didnt know what she was doing as I had perfectly explained what I wanted!!!

I have been to this location multiple times and there are a few good employees here who will help you. And I really mean a few. This Ulta is big compared to other ones in the area and the lighting is brighter. But some of the employees will give you an attitude over simple questions like if they carry a certain brand. Beware of Zach, he will give you the biggest attitude.

I love Ulta! Randy has been cutting and coloring my hair for two years and he EXCEEDS expectations EVERY time. I have tred many other upscale salons and wasnt at all impressed. Randy is patient and does an excellent job AND I have a wonderful experience each time I visit!
