Yesterday my wife and our family decided to visit the store. This was all around noon. One of the employees which had not clocked in and in a very bad mood. My mother in law was standing in the middle of the isle without noticing that she was blocking the way. However, the employee decided to squeeze her way through with a nasty attitude. When that happens my wife said very politely that the employee could have said excuse me. After my wife said that the employee stated the following " I am not clocked in yet, so if you want we can take this outside" insisting she fight my wife who is six months pregnant. However, one of the employees who witnessed this who deal apologized and notified the manager on duty. The manager did NOTHING except tell my wife that other words were exchanged and everything was "OK". I cant believe that an employee from Sephora would act in such a manner and the manager would just let it slide!! Our family spends ALOT of money at Sephora and needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I was really disappointed here. Ill be the first to admit I know nothing about makeup. So I went in ready to ask questions. The staff was very rude and short toned. When I didnt buy all of the (very expensive) products they recommended there was eye rolling and mumbling. The only reason I give a two star review is because when I went to the manger she apologized deeply on behalf of her staff, promising a meeting about manners, agreeing their behavior wasnt okay, and kindly gave me 75% off my next purchase.

There was an older woman working back in the skin care section & for whatever reason kept giving me nasty looks & followed every step I made like Id done something horribly wrong. Most likely because Im a dude, which still does not justify what she was doing. I finally just left the store & probably wont return. Id rather shop online & not feel judged.

Very rude and snotty employees. If you stop by whilst doing errands not dressed to their I assume "standards" you will be totally ignored as they stand in their little groups gossiping. Oh well, you just lost my business. No wonder b/m stores are closing. Exhibit A .
